Positive: Superb location right on Lara beach, good whatsapp support. All that we need in the house was available and the views from the house are amazing. Very accomodating as we got early check in and late check out.

Negative: The hot water tank could have been a little bigger, we were 7 and it got over by the 4th shower. In one bathroom the shower mixer needs replacing. Also having carpets in the balcony is a bad idea, the balcony never dried out after the rain.

Positive: What an amazing place !!! Everything was spot on. We were 13 of us and the house was very very comfortable for us. From check in to the check out everything was great. The views from all the balconies were amazing, particularly the one where we could see the Lower Duden falls.

Negative: The water temperature does not stay consistent when using the shower, but thats understandable. We did not have a bread toaster.

Positive: Staff were very attentive, all facilities were present (detergent, soap, shampoo, etc) house was fully equipped near the duden falls and beach. The owner was kind enough to let us check out late . No noise from airplanes or neighbors.

Negative: Nobody came to clean for 6 days, the towels had stains, the door in the bedroom couldn't close, there was rust in the bathroom and nothing was particularly clean overall. The pool was at another property at another street and it was also realy dirty.

Positive: The location is very good 5 minutes walk to the sea and the apartment has everything one would need for a stay like a good air conditioning, washing machine, hair dryer, fridge, nice balcony etc.

Negative: It is not new, the window has a crack, and no hooks for towels in the bathroom, table on the balcony is quite old and not the best mattress.
