2 Bedroom Apartment in Kingston

This apartment has a huge open concept main room featuring the kitchen, dining area, living area, fireplace, and a comfortable new queen bed. ( There is a patio door which opens onto a patio with tables and chairs for sitting or dining. The huge backyard has several seating areas overlooking the beautiful grounds of the Cataraqui Golf & Country Club and a fire pit. The Golf Club grounds are accessible through the gate in the backyard after hours. ) Inside, go up a few stairs from the open concept room and you are in the 2nd room with an ensuite bathroom. The room has new carpeting, an armoire, dressers, and a comfortable queen bed, as well as a bunk bed. The configuration can be a bunk bed and two single beds if that suits your purposes better.The bathroom has a shower, sink and toilet. There is a separate private entrance.There is a huge back yard, as well as access to the Cataraqui Golf &Country Club through our back gate during off hours.
There are extra single beds available with advance notice. I could potentially have 6 people if two were using fold up beds.
The house is a 5 minute drive from beautiful historic downtown Kingston, with it's many heritage buildings, market square, waterfront, marina, and many different restaurants. Kingston is small, so you are close to Kingston General Hospital, Queen's University, St. Lawrence College, waterfront everywhere, live theatres, golf courses, hiking location is perfect!
There is free parking for up to 3 cars in the driveway, more free parking on the street, and private laundry facilities.
The neighbourhood is a prestigious residential area which has very little traffic. It is very safe, day or night.

Summary: A beautiful, cozy property with an exceptional host. Everything you need to feel at home is on hand and Michael goes the extra mile to make sure you enjoy your stay. He even helped us get dinner reservations for our fist night in Kingston. The property itself is stunning with a manicured lawn backing onto a golf course. We highly recommend this home!

Summary: Property is exactly as described. Communication property owner was great and when a problem arose with hot water heater it was identified and addressed in very short order (owner noticed it before we did!). We were welcomed with plenty of linens, paper products and comfortable sleeping. Neighborhood is quiet and great for walks, close to Lake Ontario park and downtown Kingston. Beautiful views of golf course and sunset from very large backyard and patio.

Summary: Michael was an extraordinary host. I’ve never had an experience like it. We stayed during COVID and he went way above and beyond, including buying bread and milk for us when we requested. He even thanked us afterward for leaving it so clean (ummm... I really didn’t). Good people

Summary: This was a great place for our family to stay and the host was great to communicate with. He made sure we had firewood and kindling to burn and made sure we had everything we needed or wanted. Would definitely recommend.

Summary: I enjoyed my stay very much.The rental is lacking in nothing with every amenity you can imagine.The neighborhood is quiet (haven't slept this good in a long time) and there is a large backyard for children to hang out in.If you are planning on visiting Kingston I would highly recommend booking this rental.
