Enjoy the perfect family getaway with ample space, bedrooms, and bathrooms to suit your group. Our centrally located 5BR/4.5BA Castle Rock home is located 5 minutes from The Outlets shopping center and I-25.
Enjoy a morning cup of coffee on the backyard patio. Craft perfect recipes in the gourmet kitchen. Experience a wide variety of amenities such as mesh Wi-Fi, home office, billiards, hot tub, air hockey, and fitness equipment. Our home is equipped to make your gathering truly memorable!
Upstairs consists of the master bed/bath, 3 secondary bedrooms, 2 secondary bathrooms, and laundry room.
Main floor offers living and dining space for up to 12 people, gourmet kitchen w/ double ovens, and center island. The main floor is also equipped with an office and half bath.
The finished basement includes one more bedroom / bathroom, wet bar, living room, craft room, and fitness space.
Backyard features a covered patio with hot tub, outdoor seating, and grill.
Our home totals over 4,500 sq ft!
Guests have access to the entire space, including 2 car garage parking.

The Jacuzzi is a soaking tub and not equipped with jets. It came from a local refurbisher who helps prevent working tubs from otherwise ending up in the dump!
We ask guests who are staying during trash day to assist with bringing out / retrieving garbage bins from the curb. We and future guests appreciate your help here.
Serious damage or messes that require extra cleaning (way beyond the ordinary) will be fined accordingly (usually rare). House is photographed after every cleaning and before every arrival.
Early check-in and/or late check-out can be requested and will be granted based on availability, for one flat fee of $25 (per each).

Summary: The house is absolutely amazing. We have a family of 7 and everyone had plenty of space. It was close to everything you need in town and in a great neighborhood! The host were great with communication and answering any questions we had. Check in was seamless. The only downfall (and I am confident all previous renters feel the same) is that we had to leave. 10/10 recommend!

Summary: Furniture is dirty and many things were broken. Hot tub is unusable. Carpet is severely stained and smells like mold. No chalk for the pool table. Very poorly maintained

Summary: Our Family was in Castle Rock for a family wedding and to have some fun skiing. The house was great! It was comfortable and accommodating, perfect for our 3 generational family. Great location for what we had planned, thanks for a great visit.

Summary: Multi-Generational family traveling from out of town for a wedding. This was actually the first time I rented a VRbo. The pictures in the listing do not do the space justice, there was plenty of room for everybody to gather in the main areas or to go off and have their alone space if needed. Check in and check out was a breeze. A few of the beds were on the extra firm side and that was really the only complaint that we had. We would definitely stay at this property or rent from this host again
