Light and sunny townhouse less than 1km walk to Miami/Burleigh Beach. With 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan living, dining & kitchen, grassed area with courtyard. My home is fully self contained so no need to bring anything. It has everything you need for a fantastic holiday in a great Gold Coast location.
Fully fenced with a small grassed backyard and covered entertainment deck.
Air-conditioning and fans in all bedrooms.
I have a good relationship with my neighbours so no parties or noise after 11pm.

Summary: The home is very well equiped, comfy bedrooms, fantastic kitchen and clean bathrooms. The location is excellent, around 250 metres to the local Miami shopping centre and 6 minutes walk to North Burleigh Beach.

Summary: Have stayed at this property before and has a great location, close to beach, shops and places to eat. Being pet friendly is a huge plus as we can bring our fur kids who also love the beach. The townhouse has plenty of room and well appointed. Has everything we need.

Summary: Had a nice stay. Once we had found the easiest way to get to the beach it was only a 5min walk. Lots of nice eateries and Grandad Jack's (small brewery) was a lovely place to go. Only disappointment was we were looking forward to having a bbq at the property only to find there was no hot plate for the BBQ.
