Welcome to Hyde Park - the historical district of Austin. Hyde Park is 3 miles North of downtown and 1 mile from the University of Texas. This charming and spacious apartment has a separate and private entrance and has over 800 sq. ft. It is quiet and has all of the kitchen, bed and bath amenities you will need to be comfortable and relaxed. It is walkable to local coffee shops and restaurants, as well as a completely refurbished pool (open seasonally), basketball court and tennis courts. This apartment includes tennis rackets, tennis balls and basketballs for your outdoor fun. It also includes pool towels. It also provides two outdoor chairs for all of your music festival needs and a picnic basket for the park. The backyard is available upon request. (No fee)
The apartment has a full kitchen including dishwasher, microwave and refrigerator, and the one bedroom has a very comfortable king bed with designer bedding with chaise lounge chair. It comes with free coffee and creamer. The living area has a comfortable sofa bed with memory foam topper and dining table and another table for playing board games or cards.
This place feels like you are in a treehouse. It's quiet and perfect for getting a great night's sleep so that you can enjoy all the fun that Austin, Texas has to offer.

Summary: This is a great place to stay! Everything is just as described and precisely as pictured. The host outfitted the place with everything anyone would need from lawn chairs and a picnic basket to basketballs and tennis rackets, from a fully stocked kitchenette to luxury bedding, you truly just show up with your clothes and everything you need is there. Exceedingly clean and fresh, strong wifi, walking distance to restaurants, bars and a great little park. Stay here. You won't be disappointed!! We'll be back for sure!

Summary: Lacey is a great host and the apartment is really nice; comfortable, roomier than I expected, and very clean. I was there by myself visiting my daughter at the University of Texas for the weekend, but the apartment could’ve easily slept 4 (king size bed in the bedroom and sofa sleeper in the living room). The apartment is maybe 10 minutes from her student housing and convenient to anything at UT or even south on Congress. I highly recommend and would stay again. 5 stars.

Summary: This wonderful listing in the heart of Hyde Park is perfect for someone traveling solo, as a couple, or a few people. This above-the-garage apartment was very clean with all the extra amenities available to make the most comfortable stay possible. Street parking was plentiful and safe. Highly recommend this location!

Summary: We easily found this quaint property in San Antonio in the Hyde Park neighborhood. Check-in was contactless and easy with free parking on the street. The apartment was spotless and beautiful. It had several extra amenities that were not expected that made the stay comfortable. We adored the neighborhood. There were many families walking which gave a sense of safety. We walked to local restaurants which were listed for us in the apartment. Overall, this is a great space in a great location. I would definitely recommend staying here.
