4 Bedroom House in Pocono Mountain Lake, Bushkill

This beautiful house features an open floor plan, 2 kitchens, 2 very comfortable outdoor decks and ample room for sleeping!
We have a new 6-person hot tub right on the lower deck facing the lake.
There are 4 bdrms, all with tvs, a loft area and 3 full bathrooms! The loft has a twin bed with a trundle and a relaxing hanging wicker chair. The master bedroom is also on the third level and has a king bed with an ensuite bath.
The main floor features a beautiful view of the lake, an open floor plan with wood floors, a pellet stove a large DR table which opens up to a large deck overlooking the lake.
The basement level offers a huge 'L' shape couch & a 50' flat screen TV. The second kitchen is handy for large groups and extra room for food & preparation! Free Wifi.
We offer a paddle boat and a canoe which is down a rocky walk at the shore of the lake. (This is a very rough path so be prepared!)
* In the summertime the boats will be found half a mile down, locked up, at the private community beach.
We have 2 gas patio heaters for the chilly nights and a gas grill.
NO PROM GROUPS!
Fishing, hunting, hiking or just RELAX in the Pocono Mountains. Great getaway for ALL!
In the summer we only accept Friday to Friday bookings. Please keep your requests within those days.

gas BBQ grill and 2 fully equipped kitchens. Also, we provide bed linens and towels for an additional cost. For even more entertainment, there there are 4 TVs with basic cable.
Spring/Summer: Spend the day up in the trees while you climb, balance and zip through the 66 elements of the Pocono TreeVentures ropes course. OR Glide down a mountain in an air tube at the new 'Blue Lighting' exhibit all at Fernwood Resort (10 mins)
Winter:
There is snowtubing at Fernwood (10 minutes) or Skiing at Shawnee Mountain (20 minutes) and Camelback (45 minutes).

Summary: We had a wonderful time despite a few days of heavy rain. Plenty of room indoors for games, puzzles and privacy. Still managed to see bear, deer and wild turkeys on the property which made our week.

Summary: First thank you for opening your home to us! We had such a fantastic stay. The home was spacious and very clean. Our group dwindled and it was my husband & I, our 2 teens (15-M & 17-F) and pups. It was nice being together and yet have our own space. Basically we each took a level! We so much enjoyed watching the wildlife strolling through the yard (though our pups were unsure what they were seeing- alot of deer and a fox that snatched the squirrel our pups were eyeing). The hot tub & fire pit were great. We went to the beach at the lake, hit the pool and the snack bar had really good food. We spoke with the attendants and they shared some local trails and suggested some great restaurants. I can't say enough about the easy communication, and how beautiful, clean and spacious the house was. We felt right at home :-). We look forward to going down again!

Summary: Our stay was so very enjoyable for our party of 6 adults, one infant and two dogs. The rental was very clean, everything in the house worked as it should, and the air conditioning kept the house plenty cool even though it's not central air. The parking is great off road, the upper and lower outside decks are great, as are the grill set-up and fire pit. Finally, we had rented on this lake in the past at a nice home, but this exceeded that level of amenities, and the amount of wildlife on the large, secluded property is fantastic and tranquil.

Summary: My family and I were excited to stay at this property. It seemed the like the perfect fit for us. The property was amazing, so many different areas to hang in, so many areas to sleep in. The land is large, you can see the lake directly from the property, the walk to the lake is a bit uneven but not a big deal. The kitchen was great, there were so many different items to cook with, pots, pans, lasagna pans, crock pots, mixers, etc there's also storage containers. Although the main living area was a bit warm the basement was nice and cool and the bedrooms have their own AC units. There's a fire pit with adirondack chairs around which we definitely made use of. Like I said, the property is very large so there's plenty to explore and there's plenty of wildlife to watch. We saw many dear, soo many little chipmunks and of course bugs. They're is also a small beach about 3 minutes from the property where you can use two kayaks and a little boat which was a nice amenity. All in all my family and I will be back, we're considering to go during the winter this time. The property manager and owner were both very friendly and helpful.

Summary: The house had everything we needed and it sits on a beautiful serene property. We loved relaxing in the hot tub and cooking our meals on the grill. I went for a jog in the neighborhood and it was refreshing to see the diversity all around me. We had a wonderful Spring Break vacation for sure.

Summary: My family really enjoyed our stay! Hiking nearby during the day and soaking in the hot tub in the evening was a perfect post Christmas getaway. The house was perfect and I loved that we all had our own space ( my boys are teenagers). I look forward to getting back for a weekend ski trip or hopefully getting to rent the house again to enjoy all the summer activities.

Summary: Beautiful, spacious home on a lake with charming decorations and lots of amenities! My three 20-something sons and I had a wonderful time! Kitchen was perfectly stocked with plated, glasses, silverware and lots of cookware....close to Bushkills Falls which provided a wonderful hike. Owners and property manager were extremely pleasant and accommodating - highly recommend this property!
