Large apartment in the central via Roma, a few steps from the station and the main attractions in the building of the early twentieth century with elevator. It is equipped with four bedrooms, four bathrooms, living room, dining room, large entrance hall, kitchen. All rooms, with the exception of one, have a separate balcony. The apartment is located on the fourth floor, in a corner position, the rooms are therefore illuminated during all hours of the day, thanks also to large French doors. Ceilings and floors conserve the old decorations: carpet floors and stucco decorations of the ceilings, roofs four meters high.
The furnishings are made up of a mix of antique and modern elements. Space and light are the predominant elements. The apartment retains the lived aspect of its almost 100 years, but is equipped with the necessary precautions that will make your stay comfortable: air conditioners in the bedrooms, in the living room and in the dining room, radiators in the four bathrooms.
We are located 500 m from the Central Station, 600 m from the Quattro Canti heart of the historic center, 500 m from the historic Vucciria market, 1 km from the Cathedral. Opposite the entrance of the building there is the stop of the urban bus line 101 that runs through the center every 10 minutes.
If you arrive by bus from the airport, with a stop at the Central Station, or by train, the apartment will be reachable with a 5-minute walk. If you come by car remember that the city center of Palermo is Limited Traffic Zone: you have to pay a daily ticket to move inside. There is the possibility of private parking in the area.

Summary: Sara was an amazing host, responsive and helpful. But the place was not as advertised, disappointing. We were four girls travelling together and this area is not safe. It’s very run down and feels un safe. There is a bar downstairs that is very loud and the furniture in the apartment is not as shown in the pictures. Very old and bad quality. Would not stay here again.

Summary: Property and location was just as advertised. The only issue is the bar/restaurant downstairs and outside our windows which did not close until 3am. Soundproof windows would be great but I understand the cost is too much. TV would be nice to cover the noise outside.

Summary: We could not have been happier with our apartment in Palermo. It is centrally located and it is an easy walk to all the major sites. The property managers, Alessia and Sara, were incredibly helpful in arranging a pick up at the airport and taxis for other excursions. They always promptly responded to our questions. Each bedroom is very spacious, with comfortable beds and each has its own bathroom. We will definitely return to this apartment the next time we visit Palermo!

Summary: We were a group of 9 - 2 families with 4 adults and 5 children. We rented the whole apartment and it was a perfect size. The beds were comfortable, it was clean and the layout provided enough space & privacy for everyone. It was in a great location on a main street. The hostess was wonderful - she gave us a verbal orientation to the city and recommendations. The kitchen was fine to make most meals. Very close to supermarket and train station. WIFI and air conditioning was good. I would stay here again!
