Summary: Great property with lots of space. I was a bit disappointed with the cleanliness of the apartment but it didn't take long for me to clean it myself. I stayed for about two weeks and would absolutely consider returning to this property for longer stays in the future. Location is great if you're used to walking 10-15 minutes from the metro. I very much appreciated the elevator, and the balcony was a wonderful experience. Yannick was easy to speak with and quick to respond. Definitely recommend this location!

Summary: We stayed for 10 days, and this apartment really made us feel like we were living in Paris, rather than vacationing. The unit is bright, with floor to ceiling windows looking over south Paris. The building is secured, and you are up high, so the view is good. You can even leave the windows open at night for that open-air feeling you see in all the architecture magazines. There is also a slimline air conditioner, if you feel you need it. This is a small 1 bedroom, rather than a studio. The bath is nicely done, and the kitchen is efficient and worked great for us making meals after shopping the markets during the day. It has a full size refrigerator and small stove and laundry. You are 1/2 block from the Saint-Jacques Metro station, and there is a Carrefore's City market between the Metro and you, for picking up anything you forgot while out and about. Just around the corner is a very nice little patisserie, and the vendor speaks great English. Yannick was fantastic. He met us when we arrived to show us all the features of the unit, and was very responsive when we had questions. We will stay here again when we return!

Summary: We stayed in the Yannick apartment for one week, with our two sons. Yannick is very gentle and he make us feel like at home. The apartment is confortable and it looks like the pictures posted. The position is perfect to visit Paris by metro, train, bus or feet, depending on what you want to see. Summary: Yannick is very kindly and gentle. The apartment look like the pictures. For our family (2 adults and 2 child) was perfect. The position is the optimum to visit Paris. Nearby an important station, directly from CDG airport. I suggest it for families and who want to taste the parisian ambient. Thanks to Yannick.

Summary: This apartment is very well equipped, modern but quiet and spacious. There is a little balcony to enjoy the fresh air. Transport connections are superb and everything you could want for is within a close walk. We really enjoyed our stay here.

Summary: My husband, my two kids (a three-year-old boy and a six-year-old girl) and I stayed for one week in this nice studio. After a long journey from Brazil, the landlord was punctually waiting for us and he was always very helpful in order to help us having the most comfortable stay in Paris. There are all necessary facilities and supplies in the studio for a four-member family with kids, besides being very well located in a quiet building. My husbandy and I strongly recommend it!
