We welcome you to this stunning 6 bedroom 6 bathroom home located in the gorgeous Solana Resort. New remodel with themed rooms for kids and adults' alike.
Solana is located just outside of Orlando Florida and located on the West side of Disney World in Davenport, Florida right on hwy27 close to hwy192.
As you enter the home you will find a beautiful open floor plan with a family room and formal dinning area which can seat 6. There is additional seating for 4 guests at the breakfast nook. Enjoy cooking a meal in the spacious kitchen overlooking the breakfast nook and living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook and serve a nice meal. After clean up, cozy up on the comfortable sectional sofa and relax with your family to watch your favorite movie. The executive suite is also located on the first floor with a walk in closet and en-suite bathroom including his and hers sinks, garden tub and walk in shower.

There is a house bathroom located upstairs which is shared by bedroom 5 and 6.
Head back downstairs and take a dip in the beautiful sparkling private pool or enjoy a nice soak in the bubbling spa. Enjoy your lunch on the large covered pool deck, with fans, outside sink, large tv and also your privacy with no rear neighbors! The pool and spa can be heated in the cooler months for a surcharge.
Kids and adults alike will LOVE the games rooms located in the garage featuring a pool table, air hockey, darts, mini bar, AC, and foosball table. A second games room is set up for moms and small children. Complimentary Wi-Fi is also included for hours of extra enjoyment. Smart TV through-out the house in just about every room including outside pool area.
Solana Resort is a manned gated community located off Hwy 27 minutes away from Disney attraction. This wonderful resort community offers a 4,000 sq foot clubhouse, kids play area, large heated pool, hot tub, with private cabana's, tiki bar, sand volleyball, playground, ping pong, arcade room, and a fitness room. There is also a miniature golf course available for a small fee. Brand new to the clubhouse is a mini market and gift shop! The clubhouse also serves Breakfast and you can grab a bite to eat for Lunch at the Tiki Bar (pricing varies for both.)
The vacation villa rental is located within easy reach of the Disney Theme parks: Disney's Magic Kingdom, Disney's Wide World of Sports, Disney's Typhoon Lagoon, Disney's Blizzard Beach, Animal Kingdom, Epcot, Disney's Hollywood Studios, Disney Springs. Universal Studios, The Holy Land, Wet and Wild, Medieval Times, Islands H2O waterpark, and Sea World are also a short drive to shopping and restaurants.
So many great golf course to list nearby such as Greg Norman's new Champions Gate complex, Champions Gate County Club, Highland Reserve Golf, Reunion Golf, Mystic Dunes Golf, Celebration Golf, Providence Golf, Orange Lake Golf, Falcon Fire Golf just to name a few.

Summary: The property was in a good location to many attractions, easy to get around. We had some trouble with the pool, but Jennifer looked after the problem quickly, the pool heater was fixed and the water held its temperature very well and it was greatly appreciated. The fridge/freezer in the house went down overnight and all our freezer products had to be thrown out, which in turn Jennifer reimbursed us for our lose, thank god we had a fridge/freezer outside that once was cleaned up a bit we were able to use it. All in all a good place to stay, would definitely stay again. Thank you Jennifer once again.

Summary: Overall, great stay. Spacious house and good location to many restaurants, stores and Disney. Had some issues with the pool the first few days of our stay which did delay us enjoying swimming but it was fixed and the property manager communicated quickly. Just wish we didn’t lose so many days to use the pool. The bathrooms in the house could use some updating. The shower/baths/toilets are quite dated and the baths are difficult to use with little ones. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay at this location again.

Summary: We really enjoyed staying at this house. It was perfect for our 3 families. There was a lot of room and everyone had their own space. We were traveling with a baby so we had questions about baby items that were in the home. They responded very fast and were accommodating to our requests. We would definitely recommend this home and hope to return soon!
