Summary: House was very spacious- plenty of bedroom space, but also space for gathering together and enjoying time with one another. 3 separate sitting areas were all nice and comfortable.

Summary: Great outdoors area for the kids to play and run. Large bedrooms with plenty of bathrooms and living spaces. Kitchen was large and had everything we needed. Host communicated well, everything was clean, check-out process was the easiest!Five stars across the board and we will book again next year for our friends gathering!

Summary: There was plenty of space for the kids to hang out downstairs. The home has newer updates throughout. There were activities to keep everyone busy. Quiet neighborhood with beautiful lot.

Summary: My husband and I drove to Rockford from GA and met our sons and their families at this wonderful home. We had six adults and six children between 4 and 12 and the house accommodated us perfectly. The kids had a wonderful time in the game room, playing hide and seek and playing outside. The large table in the dining room worked very well for eating and game playing. A very special stuffed animal was mistakenly left but the owner was so accommodating and found her and sent her home. The weather was great for sledding and tubing.

Summary: We had 4 families unite at this home for a post-Christmas Christmas. We enjoyed the hot tub, sauna and the backyard with creek. The kitchen is spacious as it looks in the pictures. We shared meals and played games at the large dining table. We planned for an upcoming wedding in the beautiful sitting room with large windows while we watched the kids explore outside. With so many bedrooms every family had their own space, which was nice. The house still had Christmas decor up, which was perfect for the purpose of our get together. We would definitely meet at this house again. Like other reviewers mentioned the kitchen is well-stocked with pantry items, condiments in the fridge and utensils/appliances. My personal favorite thing was that they had filtered water. If you are considering this property, I would advise you to go for it.

Summary: This large and elegant home was perfect for eight of us having a late Christmas gathering. A large kitchen, family room and dining room fit our needs perfectly. We took advantage of the hot tub on a cold winter day. The Christmas decorations, left up for us we’re charming and appreciated.

Summary: Stayed at Brandi's place for a centrally located family gathering from Chicago, Madison, and the Quad Cities. The house was wonderful - a perfect fit for our large group of 9 adults and 5 kids ages 3-11. Terrific layout, comfortable beds, lots of great extras like a playground structure, hot tub, arcade games, and a sauna, and a gorgeous backyard view. To top it off the house was beautifully decorated for Christmas which made our gathering extra special. Communication with Brandi was excellent, she was so friendly and helpful and responded quickly to any issues that came up. Check out was a breeze - minimal and totally reasonable instructions/requirements. Highly recommend - we are all talking about coming back again next year. Thank you so much!!

Summary: Really nice house in Rockford. The host supplied everything we needed. The hot tub was great. The sauna was a nice treat. The kitchen was plenty big as well as the living room. Our family was able to spread out and the kids really liked having the basement as their area. We had everything we needed for our family holiday get together and Brandi made it easy for us! We would highly suggest this house if you are in the Rockford area.
