4 Bedroom House in Sunset Ridge, Scottsdale

Beautiful 2500sf four-bedroom, split level home on a quiet street in a fantastic location near Kierland and Scottsdale Quarter. Restaurants, shopping, golf and hiking are all close by! The main floor was just remodeled with wood tile flooring and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The oversized kitchen has great gathering spaces with granite and butcher block breakfast bars. 12-foot stacking slider opens to huge patio area and sparkling pool with outdoor dining table, covered seating area and pool lounge chairs. Open floor plan with great entertaining space has a dining table for 8, comfortable seating with 60" TV. The large upstairs master bedroom has a new king bed, spacious bath, and walk-in closet and a gorgeous, newly remodeled master bath with a jetted tub, separate shower and huge closet. Lower level has a cozy family room with fireplace, large TV and lots of board games. Three bedrooms on this level all have comfortable queen beds. There are two additional full bathrooms (newly remodeled!) and brand new oversized washer and dryer. There is space for two small cars in the garage, but there is also parking in the driveway and on the street. Discounts available for long term rental.
Please keep in mind, the pool does not have a heater and does not have the capability to be heated. Also, since there is no direct fence around the pool, we are not allowed to rent to guests with children under 11 years old.

Summary: We had a great time at this property. Quiet neighborhood with many restaurants and convenient shopping within a few miles of the house. House was very clean and stocked with anything you will need to enjoy your vacation.

Summary: This property was perfect for our family of six adults & one 20mo old. Easily accessible off Highways 51 & 101N&E Loop. Great jumping off point for most Major League Spring Training Ballparks, several great hiking trails in the Phoenix Mountain system, the Phoenix Zoo, etc. Well equipped kitchen & laundry with upscale appliances. Very comfortable beds (think Princess & the Pea). Nice sized swimming pool. We wanted for nothing. Lawn service came once a week & made sure everything outside was kept neat, orderly & clean. We felt like guests in someone's nice home. WiFi hovered around 80mbps both up & download. Landlord easily accessible to answer any questions. This property is definitely on my "I will stay there again" list.

Summary: We were very satisfied with everything about this property. The pictures were very accurate and we instantly got an "at home" feel. It is very spacious and with a living room and a family room on the lower level, there was more than enough room. Everything was clean and in good shape (we have had some rentals in the past where we could not say that). We truly give this a five out of five and will look for it the next time we visit the area.

Summary: Beautiful house with a nice pool in the backyard along with a patio that is covered so the sun won't be shining on you all day. Great location for anywhere you want to go. Owner was very accommodating. Would stay there again.

Summary: A great location and very Responsive owner and manager. Very comfortable beds and a good set up. The air conditioning is a little wonky in that the basement and upper level are controlled on the same thermostat so beware of that. Pool pump is loud but pool is big and has a nice separate patio. I’ll definitely go again
