Summary: We stayed for a week with another family and have kids raging in ages 7-17. The house was spotless when we arrived & had everything we needed, including paper goods, soaps, detergent & cleaning supplies. Very comfortable layout, hostess was easy to reach & very responsive & so helpful. Hot water & water pressure were 10/10. No one ever had a cold shower. Every bedroom is appointed thoughtfully with charming decor and style that makes you feel right at home. The yard & property are so lovely and the views are stunning. This area of Vermont is beautiful! Hikes close by, delicious food & markets, golf course, and swimming holes.

Summary: The house is big, clean and has everything you need for a comfortable stay. The fireplace is great on chilly nights and it's in a cute town, and a quick drive to downtown Burlington. Chelsea was a fantastic host and made our weekend stay fantastic! We will definitely be staying again in the future :)

Summary: Chelsea was amazing. When we got there there was no coffee machine. We don’t what happened to it but she immediately ordered one and had it delivered the next day. She even offered to pay for our coffee from the shop in town on that first morning. The place is close to Burlington. We explored Bartlett Falls. Chelsea recommended it. Great place for dogs! It was great place to stay. Very unique.

Summary: Overall, a good home with lots of space for families and entertaining. The owner had great communication and I wish i could say the same about the wifi. We had minimal service at best. Has a large backyard with a fenced in area. Could benefit from a deep clean, but would stay there again. It's a great house and good for families with little ones too. Thanks for having us!

Summary: Our family, from far and near, gathered at this large and fully updated farmhouse in July, and stayed for three days. We found the home comfortable, functional, and clean, and the owner responsive to our minor requests. To our delight, the carpeted floors are solid and did not creak from footsteps in the night, as you might expect in a vintage home. There was lots of space for outdoor activities (croquet, frisbee, boomerangs) and the home is situated close to dining, Burlington, the airport, and various outdoor activity locations, with one favorite hiking location only a short walk from the home. We delighted in the fantastic kitchen and the 7 – 10 of us found the three full baths more than adequate. Each day started with all of us sitting on the wide front porch in the morning sun, planning the day’s activities, and we found it all too easy to stay there longer than needed. This home was perfect for our family gathering.
