We have a generous amount of space in this 3,500 sft home (4 bed/3 bath). All art throughout the home is local to Kansas City. Fun & comfortable place. Two TV areas including one with a 7-point surround sound system. Kitchen & Kitchenette. Two dining areas, one medium and one large.
Located just 17 mins from the stadiums; 24 mins to downtown KC; 25 mins to KC Zoo; 26 mins to Worlds of Fun & Oceans of Fun; 27 mins to Union Station; 28 mins to Nelson Adkins Museum; 30 mins to Country Club Plaza; 39 mins to airport (MCI).

Summary: We had a lovely stay at this property. We all went different place’s and came back to our VRBO to relax and regroup. Had extended family for breakfast and we had plenty of space. Would recommend families to stay here. One note: if you like coffee in a coffee maker bring your own coffee pot or small Mr. Coffee. We were making coffee for 11 of us so the Keurig was impractical. Very nice stay!

Summary: This was a perfect place for our stay. The house was clean and the host did a terrific job with communication. The home had a perfect layout for the three couples that sayed there and there was room for more. The house was fog friendly. The neighborhood was quiet and very convenient for walking our dog. Would recommend and would certainly stay again!

Summary: We had a great experience staying here. The house was exactly as described in the listing. It was extremely clean and worked well for our families. The kids loved playing in the basement and sleeping in the bunk beds and the adults were appreciative of the fantastic coffee selection. The beds, linens and towels were all top notch, we all felt very much at home during our stay. The owner was fantastic, very responsive and checked in periodically to ensure the stay was going well. Overall our experience was great and will definitely stay here again the next time we are in town visiting our family.

Summary: We held our 4- generation family gathering of 9 adults and 4 kids. This location was perfect for all of our age groups. Upper level provided an accessible area for sleeping, gathering, and dining. Fantastic basement provided additional sleeping quarters and entertainment area. Communication with Brittany was prompt and helpful. Would book again for my large group.

Summary: This may have been the best vrbo stay that I have ever experienced. Wonderful home located in a great neighborhood. The dishes, fixings for coffee, towels and home decor were all first rate. The host could not have been better. I would recommend this home to anyone needing to stay in Blue Springs. We have already made arrangements to stay at this home two more times in 2024.
