Spacious, private home on a large, wooded lot in one of Joplin's premier neighborhoods. Four large bedrooms, three full bathrooms, two roomy living spaces, and a gourmet kitchen create a comfortable home environment. A screened-in patio where one can enjoy morning coffee and bird-watching, and spacious back yard retreat with fire pit extend your escape to the outdoors. A luxuriously finished basement in an Old World Style gives the feeling of a European castle stay.
You're welcome to include your dog as part of your visit, but we ask that you let us know ahead of time, never leave your furry friend alone in the house, and make sure they stay off the furniture and the beds. Our pet fee is $350, which goes to our cleaners for the additional cleaning to ensure our home is welcoming to future guests with allergies.
Our property is no-smoking to maximize the enjoyment of guests with any allergies or sensitivities.
To protect our guests and to enable contactless check-in/check-out we have a doorbell camera and additional external security cameras for the driveway and rear of our home.

Summary: This is one of our best VRBO experiences! We had an opportunity to stay here in 2021 around the holidays and stayed again in 2022 because it was so perfect for our family. The house is exactly as described. The hosts are fantastic and responsive, if needed. We very highly recommend!

Summary: Stay 3 nights with out mom and kids. Had an extended family dinner of 21 and it was a perfect venue. All kinds of room and interesting talking/sitting areas. Eclectic decorations. Perfect stay!!!

Summary: The house is huge, beautiful and well maintained. It had everything that my family needed to enjoy our visit. The pictures are accurate however the house is even better in person. Easy check in, easy check out and great communication. Will stay here again.

Summary: This is a beautiful property - with plenty of room for my wife and four children. We had plenty of room to spread out, and great spaces to spend time together. The hosts made sure there was everything we could need - chargers in every bedroom - lots of amenities - and a great guidebook for the property. Great neighborhood - very peaceful. Really, really loved the stay!

Summary: This house was beautiful and in a very nice sub division, away from the hustle and bustle. The layout of the home is perfect and was furnished with everything needed. The Christmas tree was already up and was a nice touch as we entered the home. If we ever need a home in this area again we will definitely stay here.
