The heart of the home is on the second level with an open floor plan that draws your eyes upward to the beautiful wood planked ceiling. The living area has plenty of room to stretch out and a gas fireplace for warmth and convenience with a smart Tv. There is a master bedroom with a king size bed and an on-suite. Outside deck for sitting with BBQ. The lower level houses 2 guest bedrooms, a pullout sofa, a full bath and a more casual den with another TV for separation.
The Nestucca Ridge Subdivision has walking trails through green spaces to stretch your legs and look for wildlife. Pacific City is exciting in every season. So get a good night's sleep and wake to remember that the beach is only 5 blocks away.

Summary: My stay was very good. There were somethings that I feel need mentioning. The white towels are not white and should be bleached. The carpet, especially downstairs should be taken out. It does not seem clean and sand and other things are constantly being brought in. The bedroom window screen had a big hole in it and I couldn't leave the window open. I did want bugs coming in. Other than those few things, I enjoyed the house, especially, the location.
