Summary: Half of the family was in the water before I could put coffee on the first morning there. Super clean and so roomy. Quite little edge of the lake. can't wait to come back!!

Summary: The house was great, very neat and clean. However, I would like to make you aware that the outside of the house was infested with wasp nest everywhere. I was stung in the head upon arrival while entering the house to unpack. I understand it is hard to keep up with the wasp and bugs since the house is so close to the woods but there were nests everywhere on the property. My family was also harassed so much by them at the boat dock, and while going up/down the stairs in the back of the house, that we almost packed up and left shortly after noon on Saturday. We just stayed inside and played card games and watched movies. We were unfortunately unable to enjoy the lake itself. I counted at least six active wasp nest under the deck while attempting to cook on the grill Saturday afternoon. With no wasp or hornet spray to be found we decided it would be best to just stay inside the house for safety.

Summary: Very nice place on lake. Need some live but nice and clean. Easy to get to spring river. Nice lake, boat dock needs some fixing up but enjoyed our time there.

Summary: We loved the house an the location! It was so nice to be on the lake but still have some privacy! There was plenty of room for 4 adults an 2 kids. Ozark Stays was great to work with an answered all my questions very quickly! They even got us guest passes to the beach due to the fact my mother an one of my kids was unable to swim off the dock but they did say they would look into getting a ladder so that would be awesome! We would definitely book this house again!

Summary: The property was beautiful and quiet. Lots of kitchen space and beautiful deck. However, beware that there is no cell service and while there was wifi, it would come and go.
