Summary: The house was everything we expected. The lake busy on the weekend but perfect during the week. We had stayed during the lakes fireworks and they were the best we’ve ever seen. The washer and dryers were such an amazing bonus!

Summary: Our family of mother, brothers, sisters and spouses rented this property for the 2nd year in a row. The house is huge with plenty of space. The views of the lake from the home are remarkable. The private dock is a plus. We spent most of our time on the water or on the back deck. The water is crystal clean and simply amazing! This is our favorite Indiana lake and the largest natural lake in Indiana. The exterior of the home could stand a good power washing and treated for mosquitoes but all in all we had a wonderful time. Can't wait till 2018 when we visit for our 3rd consecutive year!

Summary: We rented this home for our 25th wedding anniversary and invited our 5 kids and their families to join us. We had 10 people and had plenty of room and space to spread out. We loved how bright and open the layout was. You can hear the water lapping up against the deck. We set up a dinner buffet along the long island and had great outdoor and indoor table space for meals and card games. The manager was easy to work with and maintenance staff were prompt. The neighbors on both sides were lovely. We rented a speed boat from Lake Tippy boat company and paddleboards from Main Channel Marina. It was a terrific experience.

Summary: We stayed here over Memorial Day Weekend and we had an unbelievable time. The house has plenty of room, bathrooms, and beautiful views. It was also great to have a separate garage across the street to store a boat trailer and an attached garage for storage. The master bedroom/bathroom is very spacious and has an amazing view of Lake Wawasee. The other bedrooms were a very good size. This house could accommodate several families very comfortably. The owner and rental company (Carrie) were great and very helpful with anything we needed. The house also has a private pier which was perfect for our boats. We definitely plan on returning.

Summary: My family and I have rented here for the last 2 years for Memorial Weekend or Labor Day Weekend. It is most accommodating for many families, plenty of bathrooms, beds, towels, linens and washers and dryers. We love it and will rent from the owner again. Kids and adults enjoy and love the elevator! Stores close by and plenty to do.

Summary: This house is wonderful....from the time you walk in the door you see why you are there....the views are spectacular! The lake is large and busy but the area near the house is shallow enough for the kids to play in with a paddle board that had a wonderful time with since the bottom is sandy! The house reminds you of a family home that has been "loaned" out to you....it is in need of some sprucing up but it is VERY livable and, for the most part, in pretty good shape. The thing that was most wonderful about the place was the few things we needed addressed were done quickly and cheerfully....even over the 4th of July weekend. We were MOST impressed so we are sure that the few things we pointed out that might need updating will, over time, be done. But everything is livable and makes you feel comfortable. The three floors gave us plenty of room to spread out, the elevator was great for moving luggage up and down. The two living spaces gave us plenty of room for kids to play and adults to lounge. The bathrooms and washers and dryers were a Godsend as we had 12 people staying. We had enough for girls to have a bathroom and boys to have a bathroom and each of the 3 couples to have their own couples. What a treat! The views are breathtaking and the sun coming in in the morning to the bedrooms gets you ready for the day...we didn't miss a minute on the water. There is a marina that you can rent pontoon boats and paddleboards from (a BIG hit with the kids) and we did so and used the dock with relative ease. All and all, this is place that will definitely look to stay at again if we are in the area.
