4 Bedroom House in Lower East Side, Milwaukee

This is a newly renovated single family home is located downtown, close to all of Milwaukee has to offer.
With 4 Bedrooms, 9 beds and 3 bathrooms, the home comfortably accommodates groups of all sizes.
The main floor boasts an open concept with updated kitchen, communal dining table and living room. Also on the first floor is a gram-worthy mural painted by a local Milwaukee muralist. The lower level/game room and connected outdoor space add an additional location for gathering.
Our goal is to provide a home where folks can gather, enjoy each others company and stay all in the same place. We've organized the home to be conducive for larger groups. Here is a breakdown of the home:
The main floor includes the living/dining/kitchen space and is very open and inviting. A full bathroom, and one bedroom with 2 twin beds and one full bed round out the first floor.
The finished lower level/game room we've dubbed "The High Life Lounge" provides another welcoming location for entertaining. Arcade games, foosball, dart board, beer pong table and a projector make this a fun space for all. This lower level also opens onto a nice outdoor patio complete with furniture, fire-pit, umbrella, grill and outdoor games.
The second story has:
- One bedroom with a King bed
- Master suite with a King Bed and 2 pull out couches and a master en-suite bathroom and an outdoor patio.
- One bedroom with 3 full size beds
- An additional full bathroom

Summary: We had a group of 8 of us, getting together for a fun little friends getaway. We were so pleasantly surprised by the walkability of the location where we stayed - from coffee in the morning, to the Fresh Market store, to excellent dining locations just around the corner (BIRCH!). And if you didn't want to walk, like us one day in the rain, it was a 5 minute ride-share down to the Third Ward where we spend an entire day. Kevin was SO responsive during our trip and everything was excellent! We will be back!

Summary: We had 10 adults for a guys weekend and the place was perfect for the group. walking distance to alot of great bars and restaurants and short scooter ride to the river. would highly recommend!

Summary: This was a great stay for our group of adults. Nice house in walking distance of everything we needed. The very steep stairs coupled with the loose hand railing was tough for our small children. Would stay again without the kiddos.

Summary: We went with a group of 12 for my younger brother’s bachelor party. The house was the right size for us all to fit very comfortably, and we loved the common area for being able to all hang out together and play cards and chat. We grilled out one night and it was just a great house for when you all want to hang out as a big group. Easily walked north to Brady Street and south towards the Milwaukee RiverWalk area. All in all, would recommend this house for large groups looking to experience Milwaukee. Check-in/check-out process was a breeze and Kevin always responded quickly to any questions I had.

Summary: Kevin communicated well upon initial reservation, before and during check in. The electronic lock was not cooperating and he responded to my phone call immediately to address the issue. The price was reasonable and the property and neighborhood was accurately described. The common space temperature was well regulated with the thermostat and the bedrooms had additional space heaters to combat the night time temperatures in the teens. Our party of 6 men had plenty of sleeping space. I recommend this property!
