A Spacious light and bright magnificent modern property will impress all who stay. Sleeps 15 in 6 enormous bedrooms with space to spare.
There is plenty of space Two large dining areas, one casual and one formal seating 16 people, A huge TV and Living room. Two gourmet kitchens. 2.5 bathrooms including 3 toilets. There is an office for those who need to work during your stay.
You may fall in love with this home and not want to leave (be careful). Children friendly. The pool has a security fence-safety first. 20 minutes to beach, casino wine farms swan valley and the beautiful city. Public transportation is on your doorstep and a large National Shopping Center is a 10-minute walk. Enjoy this luxurious and spacious property.

Check in is after 2.00pm. The key will be in a designated location for our guests. Access is to be arranged prior to arrival.

Located in the family friendly Dress Circle Estate. This property is located in a quite cul de sac. Close to shops, transport and 15 minutes drive to Casino, Airport, Beach, and the City.

Summary: The house itself is perfect for a big group and definitely matches photos but definitely needs some maintenance, some light fittings falling out, heating doesn’t work on one side of the house, hot water doesn’t last long considering it sleeps 15 people. When we arrived there was old food left in the fridge, wet smelly towels in the washing machine, showers weren’t clean.

Summary: Accommodation was great for sleeping a large group, but did not accommodate for 11 adults. House did not quite present as shown on the website. Code on booking confirmation incorrect. On arriving could not get into lockbox, rang number on booking confirmation and got old manager, who suggested another code, which worked. Plumber was needed the first day due to main bathroom flooding, Manager responded promptly, although no contact when asked for correct WiFi password, so could not access. Details given on confirmation did not work. Cupboard doors didn’t close, horrible smell when entering the house (cat wee??), cleanliness was very satisfactory. The lockable carport could not be used due to it being used for storage, BBQ needed cleaning and pool not as inviting as it looked on the website, with the pool pump malfunctioning all night also, also the sighting of a rat on back patio. In saying this with some TLC and maintenance this accommodation could be A1. The beds were comfy, nice towels, very spacious for lots of people and plenty of ice.

Summary: Was happy to find a place that could comfortably accommodate a large group. The reservation was prompt and communication was fast and easy, no problems at all! Instructions to find the house and enter were easy to follow. The house had plenty of bedding and common spaces and considering the size of the place the property was well maintained and clean. The location was absolutely perfect for our needs! Close to shops, restaurants but the amenities also to cook and entertain without having the leave. The showers did overflow leaving the bathroom floor wet but after reading further reviews we learnt it was a wet style bathroom (?) and wasn’t a big deal (water dries) Overall a pleasant stay in an amazing house, would recommend! Thanks!

Summary: This property is absolutely beautiful spacious and in a lovely upper class location. We love the space and aesthetics. Shaun is an amazing host very accomodating with our dogs and my hectic schedule. Love love this place and I definitely recommend it 👍🏻 The value reflects perfectly the place and it is worth every cent 👌🏽

Summary: Absolutely great experience, the house had everything we wanted and was brilliant. There was just photos of the same room with different furniture and setup making it seem like there were more rooms than there was. This was done for multiple rooms and was very dissapointing. Especially because we would have been happy with the way it was. Just didn't like that they were being misleading.

Summary: We rented this home to bring together all of our family to spend some time together a whole family unit. The house was spacious, rooms were perfect and the bathrooms were newly renovated. The only thing was the outdoor area was very dull as there was many lights outside that were not working. But all up the pool was the favourite and the beds were comfortable and the aircon was just what we all needed on the warm weekend.
