Spend the weekend in your own private 5 bedroom, 8 bathroom colonial mansion!
This large estate features a beautiful Colonial style mansion with 5 guest suites. The master suite features a king bed, shower, jacuzzi tub and direct access to the huge patio. 3 upstairs suites offer 2 queen beds each and have bathrooms with tub/shower combos. A fifth bedroom upstairs features a king bed plus room for a dining or game space.
New for 2022, we will be booking weddings & events through our official site. Inquire for more details.
**please note the homeowner does live onsite in a completely separate home with some shared outdoor amenities like parking.**
5 horses and a mini donkey call this home. Watch them graze and play from a back concrete patio with room for over 50 guests. Patio furniture provided for 16. Cushions will be inside upon your arrival.
A huge kitchen island and stocked cabinets make cooking for the group a breeze. Tables included for up to 16 guests.
Due to our commercial status, we do not have a standard cooktop, but offer electric burners as well as a 26 burger grill.
Tvs in the kitchen and 4 of the 5 bedrooms have Roku players for guests to use with their current subscriptions.
Located 3 miles from XNA airport, 13 miles from downtown Bentonville, and 12 miles from Walmart Home Office. Endless activities surround this serene and tranquil Mansion.

Summary: We had our daughter’s wedding here. We came a few days early and had a family gathering before the wedding. The outside space was perfect for this! We t had the wedding in the great room and flipped it for the wedding dinner. Everyone had an amazing time! The residential area behind the venue required us to stop the noise at midnight on Saturday. This was the only drawback since we were still outside at that time. The host could not have been more accommodating and the supplies throughout the house were everything we ever needed and could have imagined wanting for these events. I cannot say enough about the beauty of the space. Also, this is large enough to accommodate 75 to 100 guest for a wedding. Our family will be back again to enjoy the space for other events and holidays!

Summary: Exceeded our expectations. Our host was super understanding, easy to get in touch with and talk with and very accommodating. This was going to be a place for us to all stay together for our sons wedding, and ended up also being able to have our reception for the wedding there. It is a beautiful place, one of those places you have to see to appreciate. Pictures don’t do justice.

Summary: We had a great time staying here. The house was amazing. Tons of room for activities inside and out. Big kitchen and living room wit plenty of bathrooms downstairs. Bedrooms were very nice and each of them has there own bathroom. Outside has a big parking lot if you like to play games like pickleball. We bought a four square pickleball game for this trip it was amazing. Town is around 20 mins out. Not to bad. Very quite. The only thing that I can think of that we were in need of was a couple bigger skillets to make breakfast. If we are ever back in the area we will stay here! Thank you!

Summary: I rented this place for my family coming to see me niece graduate. This was 1000% better than each of us staying in a hotel and only see each other at meals. Here we got to hang out and do our own thing. We got to cook and eat together without having to go out every meal. We got to pet and feed the horses. I was afraid my family would think it was too far out from Fayetteville for the graduation. But instead everyone fell in love with the place and want to come back for family trips. The owners were so so nice and offered to help in anything we needed! The perfect gathering place!
