Our home is tasteful and full of quality finishings. We are located directly on the beach, on a private road accessed through security gate, in a small seaside community.
Only 20 minutes from Vancouver, 10 minutes from the ferry to Vancouver Island, and 15 minutes to the airport, this luxury home has all the amenities you'd want for a family vacation or romantic getaway. There is fantastic outdoor space here, front and back, with a pool, hottub, trampoline, outdoor shower, small playground, and lots of space for relaxing and enjoying.
Tsawwassen is known for its sunshine... receiving 3 days of sun for every 1 in Vancouver! Quite often it will be sunny and bright here, even if it's raining in the city.
Four bedrooms, Great Room (kitchen, dining, living), Media/Games room, Family/TV room, office, indoor gym, beach/pool room, all outdoor areas. (Garage, shed, and one interior room will be closed off for personal storage.)
There is a manager 5 minutes away in the same town, and a secondary contact 10 minutes away.
Please no parties or additional guests. We ask that guests treat this like it was their own home!
This is the last house on a private gated road, so there is very little non-resident traffic. The neighbouring houses are also luxury beachfront homes on our private road. Behind the house, there is a gorgeous treed bluff where you can hear owls at night, and sometimes spot rabbits during the day. Bald eagles live in the trees nearby, and our bay is home to the largest Blue Heron colony in Western Canada. From our beach you can often spot seals, and during the early summer months there is spectacular dungeness crabbing right in front - no boat required! No where else in the Greater Vancouver area can you be so close to nature and beauty, right on the ocean, and so close to the city and all amenities. It truly is a special spot.
There is easy access to public transportation about 1 block away. This will take you to the local town centre, the ferry to Vancouver Island, or to the city of Vancouver. There is taxi service available and car rentals nearby too.

Summary: We loved the location and the house is beautiful. Kitchen is well appointed and well stocked. Great appliances and a great clean grill. Unfortunately there is no air conditioning and we were there in July during a heat wave downstairs is ok bc the sliding doors open up but upstairs requires doors and windows open and still it’s hot and buggy. This is a house that houses dogs - so dog hair and smell is everywhere and even the washer had clumps off dog hair in the catch., even the outside furniture had dog hair on the seat pillows. Sadly the tv couch smelt doggie and we had to put down towels to sit on it . If u r a doggie person u will be good. Great location, wonderful house , fantastic kitchen and so well appointed, just be a pet hair and smell person and go when it’s cooler.

Summary: What a phenomenal property. Architectural prowess combined with a sublime location, attention to detail, comfort, luxury, all amenities (literally) and ages span from kid to adult all supremely happy.. everything we could possibly want to hand.. this place is not to be beaten. Summary: We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful beachfront home. The owners were very helpful and accommodating. We spent many hours in the pool and hot tub enjoying the spectacular view. The beach is great for walking and exploring. The home has an exceptional kitchen and pantry. The master ensuite is a real treat. We would not hesitate to stay here again! Thank you!!!
