6 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Les Deux Alpes, Mont-de-Lans

Our project was to transform the former school of Les 2 Alpes located at the foot of the slopes into 2 luxury semi-detached chalets. Our chalet "Le Préau" is located on the right side of the photo.
The work was completed in December 2018, and we welcomed our first guests in February 2019.
SUMMARY:
• NEW CHALET built in 2018, 8 rooms on two floors, living area 250 m²
• IDEALLY LOCATED in the center of Les Deux Alpes resort at the foot of the slopes; ski lifts, ski schools, tourist office, restaurants, shops and supermarket in immediate proximity
• 6 BEDROOMS (15 PEOPLE) with en-suite bathrooms/toilets
• HEATED INDOOR SWIMMING POOL (private) with hammam and Italian shower
• LARGE TERRACE on 1st floor facing south + GARDEN on ground floor
• CLOSED GARAGE for 1 car, bicycles etc., and 3 private outdoor parking spaces
FEATURES:
• ENTRANCE: Equipped with benches, ski boot/glove dryers, ski rack
• KITCHEN: Fully equipped kitchen, underfloor heating
• DINING ROOM: Large wooden table for 16 people, underfloor heating
• LIVING ROOM: 1 large corner sofa and armchairs, large wood fireplace, 55" flat screen TV Orange + TNT, SONOS music system, underfloor heating
• BATHROOMS: 5 en-suite bathrooms, each with shower or bathtub, sink, and toilet
• TOILET: 1 additional toilet/sink on ground floor
• BEDROOMS 1 & 2: Master suite, 1 double bed 160x200 cm & independent sleeping area with 2 single bunk beds 80x190 cm, en-suite bathroom (sink/Italian shower) & toilet, TV, underfloor heating
• BEDROOM 3: 2 single beds 90x200 cm (or 1 large double bed 180x200 cm), en-suite bathroom (sink/bathtub) & toilet, TV, mezzanine with 2 single beds 90x200 cm
• BEDROOM 4: 2 single beds 90x200 cm (or 1 large double bed 180x200 cm), en-suite bathroom (sink/shower) & toilet, TV, mezzanine with 2 single beds 90x200 cm
• BEDROOM 5: 1 double bed 160x200 cm, en-suite bathroom (sink/shower) & toilet, TV
• BEDROOM 6: 1 double bed 160x200 cm, en-suite bathroom (sink/shower) & separate toilet, TV
• POOL/SPA: Heated indoor swimming pool (private) with hammam and Italian shower, SONOS music system
• TERRACE: South-facing terrace on 1st floor with sun loungers
• MULTIMEDIA: Free Wi-Fi, large 55" smart TV + TV Orange + TNT with DVD player in living room, SONOS Hi-Fi system in living room and pool, 32" flat screen TV with TNT channels in each bedroom
• EQUIPMENT: Induction hob, convection oven with pyrolysis, microwave, toaster, raclette appliances, kettle, classic coffee maker and Nespresso machine, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, towel dryer, ski boot/glove dryers, vacuum cleaner, ironing board & iron

Summary: The chalet was everything we could have asked for. Property manager was helpful and very efficient. The location was absolutely perfect for the Champame ski lesson meeting point - less than a 5 minute walk. Lots of local amenities nearby. A very spacious and well thought out chalet with everything we needed for our stay. The pool was ideal for the children after a morning of ski lessons. We can’t wait to return.

Summary: We booked this chalet for a group of 3 families for a week’s ski holiday in February half term. After a long drive you walk through the door to an instant wow factor, the place is amazing! Decor and furniture are to a very high standard. The swimming pool and the steam room are a lot bigger than the pictures suggest and the kids loved it (even bigger kids)! All the bedrooms are spacious, the bathrooms have large showers and just what’s needed after a day skiing. Location is perfect it’s not often you’ll get a chalet of this size in the middle of the village and a short walk away from a button lift. Gerard and Patrick were very helpful and suggested great restaurants, you also have an option for internal catering from the restaurant 50m away. All in all, a great trip and would 100% return.
