The complete house is for rent. The house is brandnew with around 4 thousand sqft. The community pool and clubhouse is 3 walking minutes away. The pool is open all year long, it's not heated. We have 6 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, completely equipped with everything. Washer, dryer, iron, linen, towels, coffee machine, even with beach equipment like cabana, cooling box, beach chairs. The beaches are 15 to 45 minutes away, Tampa 30 min, Disney 60 min.

Summary: We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We plan to come back annually and hopefully stay at this same property. My only suggestion is that the owner invests in a real grill! The grill is not good for such a beautiful home. Besides that, we LOVED IT!

Summary: House was just what we needed for our large family. It is as described. Had plenty of space for everyone. House and pool were clean. Neighborhood was quiet and easy to find.

Summary: This was a home away from home. Property was as described. Plenty of kitchen appliances and eating utensils. Bedrooms were spacious and beds very comfortable. Will rent this property again!

Summary: The house is beautiful inside and out, the owners are awesome, the contact for the property was awesome Everything about this property is Excellent this is the place to be while visiting the Tampa Riverview and Wimauma area you will not regret it. It didn't matter that downtown Tampa was 30 plus minutes away it's worth it we will be back next year I'm going to book early. The neighbors were very nice we had great respect for each other enjoyed fireworks with the neighbors it was like we were home Thank you for the memories for my 81 year old dad he was in heaven with the large kitchen I can go on and on I love it that much
