Beautiful post Katrina rebuild. 0.4 miles from Waveland beach ( see drone picture). This is a large house with plenty of room. Open large main room. 2 master bedrooms with queen sized beds. Kids room with 2 full over twin bunks. All 3 bedrooms have attached full bathrooms and showers. Wi-Fi and direct TV. Great deck with sun loungers, table, umbrella. Large grill on patio. Bikes for guest use. Ceiling fans throughout. Large yard, outdoor chimney heater for cooler evenings. Porch swing under the house. Under house parking. All hardwood, tile floors. Fishing gear available for guest use. Great seafood restaurant one block away. Wall mounted TV in living area. As mentioned Wi-Fi and Direct TV. Maintenance and cleaning assistance if needed.
RV electric and sewer hook up.
The kitchen was completely re done in Jan 2022. New granite countertops and new cabinets.
Deck was re done February 2022 with a cable like railing system.
New cordless room darkening blinds in all rooms. February 2022.
New metal roof April 2022. New pictures added.

Summary: Our 4th stay at this location says it all! Even though it’s not on the beach , it’s a great place to have a big family/friend gathering. A short drive to the beach.

Summary: Waveland was absolutely beautiful. We had such a great time learning about the history of the town while also going to the beach (of course). Hardly an hour from NO made it an awesome spot. The town was quite tranquil and very relaxing full of great people. The place we stayed was wonderful. Martin was incredibly kind and helpful and provided more than advertised would definitely come back.

Summary: We had a family of 7-my husband and I and our 5 children (ages 13, 10, 9, 7, & 5!) they each had their own beds, our oldest had her own room and bathroom, the others had their own bathroom & we had our own bathroom. SO MUCH SPACE!!! There was no fighting/bickering & the house was well supplied & the owner was fantastic to when with!!! 10/10 recommend!!!

Summary: This house is much bigger than the pictures even show. We had 4 adults and 3 kids and had more than enough room for everyone. It was great having a bathroom for each bedroom. The house was clean and Martin was a wonderful host. This is also a really great beach for kids. It wasn't a problem having to drive to the beach because there was no way we could walk anyway with all of our beach stuff. The beach at Waveland is the perfect beach for kids since you can walk out forever and it stays shallow. We also went to the Hurricane Katrina museum in town which is worth going to. Anyway, Martin's house, communication, everything was wonderful. Do not hesitate to stay there. Thank you Martin!
