The house is located in the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park on 2 ha of meadows and woods, quiet and in the sun. It is fully restored and designed to accommodate 8 people. The ground floor consists of a large living room (70m2), a bedroom, a bathroom and a toilet. Upstairs are a mezzanine, a library area, 3 bedrooms, a bathroom and a toilet. The terrace shaded by a pergola is very pleasant for dining facing the setting sun, it opens onto the garden and the 4x9m swimming pool. All the rooms are spacious and bright. Arrival is on Saturday from 4 p.m departure on Saturday around 10 a.m.
In low season the house is available for rental from three nights at a rate of 180 € per night.

Summary: This is a beautiful house in a very green, very quiet area. It has a pleasant swimming pool, nice sitting/dining area and charming bedrooms. We loved the way the house is decorated and the atmosphere it breathes. A wonderful place to relax and recharge.

Summary: Our vacation in this absolutely beautiful house, was delightful! The house was very spacious, very nicely decorated in vintage style and painted in beautiful colours and it had a perfect atmosphere. The garden was enormous with a beautiful view and the swimming pool was perfect. And not in the last place: it was so quiet! Most of the time we only could hear the birds singing. Some nice trips in the area: Perigueux, Brantome (We had a very nice diner in 'Le Coureur Indien' Not a very exclusive menu, but excellent prepared) , Saint Jean de Colle (We had a romantic lunch under the trees in the grass next to the river at 'A table") Les grottes de Villars (Not a big tourist thing, but absoltutely worth the trip and the money), some nice castles (Jumilhac and Puyguilhem). The owners are very kind and discrete. So we really can recommend this house to everybody who is looking for a quiet, romantic vacation in the French countryside. Fam.
