Close to nature AND all that Harbor Country has to offer. Secluded in 15 wooded acres with a large pool, hot tub, playground, firepit and land to explore. No reason to leave this paradise but just 8 minutes to Three Oaks, Sawyer and the beach. The house is surrounded by woods and sleeps 12 in 5 brs, with both a main floor living room & lower level large family room. All the amenities: 2 large screen TVs (Netflix & Amazon Prime) internet, working space including printer, pool toys, beach towels, screened porch, and birds, deer, wild turkeys and the occasional fox. You’ll have a great time!

Summary: This property is in excellent condition and is well-equipped for almost any cooking need. The pool and hot tub are in excellent shape and well-maintained, and the screened-in porch is made for enjoyable mealtimes -- breakfast, lunch & dinner. Our family includes 4 couples and 3 children, so we used all of the rooms and resources of the property. Everybody had a great time, and we will return next summer if our shedules permit. The owners communicated well -- both in advance and during the stay.

Summary: We enjoyed a peaceful Thanksgiving in this beautifully appointed home, and the owner was extremely accommodating throughout a hectic week. Great thought was given to the decor, which was updated since the photos were taken. The kitchen was well stocked with the cookware and utensils we needed to prepare a feast, and a sideboard held plenty of table linens. Each of the 5 bedrooms were unique, featuring lovely bedding. We hope to return in warmer weather so we might enjoy this exceedingly private property for a mini family reunion.

Summary: We had an amazing visit recently to this property. The house is exactly as advertised if not better. It’s equipped with everything and anything you could need. The pool and hot tub were great on some warm September days/evenings. We will be back for sure.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Michigan. The house and location were perfect for our family with ages infant - 60s. We were able to easily prepare meals and enjoy the pool, playground, and firepit or venture out to the charming local town for music, ice cream, and cute shops. We had a fun day at the Dunes as well. Great place, would definitely recommend!

Summary: This beautiful property provided everything we could have wished for and more for our annual sibling reunion. Queen beds in every room had the most comfy mattresses, and although the kitchen was on the smaller side, it was one of the most well-stocked we’ve experienced yet. The extra full size refrigerator in the garage was a game-changer, as we had tons of food/drink needing storage. There was ample room for 8 of us to sit around the table upstairs and enjoy our meals together. The sunken living room with bay window has so much character, and was a great space to just lounge, read, or catch a nap. The patio and garden area out back quickly became a favorite spot for morning coffee. It was a treat watching mama and papa cardinal tending to their young in the trumpet vine arbor nest. The entire property was bustling with birds and other wildlife (deer, raccoon, chipmunks, frogs). The heated pool was also quite a treat, which we took advantage of daily! The front yard with huge shade trees is great for bocce ball or other lawn games. We didn’t venture out much, since we had pretty much everything we needed at our home away from home, but we did explore a local antique and consignment store, grabbed ice cream at Beach Bucket (delicious!), and stopped at a roadside farmer’s market for fresh fruit. Num! Kristine was wonderful to work with. Her communication was prompt and detailed. She even reached out to let us know the pool liner was unexpectedly needing to be replaced just prior to our stay, and gave us the option to cancel with a full refund if the pool would not have been functional for us. While that would not have been a deal-breaker, giving us options was much appreciated. Classy! This property is truly an oasis, and I would not hesitate to stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area. Thank you, Kristine!
