The home has all major kitchen appliances with everything needed to cook meals! We also have have a coffee maker and offer a variety of teas. This home sets on 20 acres and is very convenient! Summary: It is a nice home and we were happy to be able to stay all together for a sibling reunion. The size of the home was great! The rooms were spacious and enough room for all of us to have plenty of room. Easy access from HWY 287, plenty of parking areas.However, the home was not clean when we arrived at 3 pm. The beds were not made, trash was found in the living room area and trash had not been taken out Of the house. The carpets were not vacuumed. Thedining room floor had bugs and spiders on the floor. The bathroom doors do not lock. There were no hand towels for the restrooms. The kitchen area was not clean. There was a dirty towel left in the master bedroom. We could not use the tv because the internet was unable to connect. We used the WiFi network and password provided but the internet did not work. The rollers on the shower door in the master bedroom are completely off. The utility room floor was not swept. The hot water in the bathroom in the hall was lukewarm at best. Also the shower head made it hard to get wet in the shower. Three used condoms were found in a beside table in the back bedroom by the master bedroom. We would stay again if we were in the area but more attention should be given to cleaning and it should be ready at time of check-in. It really is a nice home and good for large families to use.

Summary: The house is large and had enough bedrooms to meet our needs. Unfortunately, the first thing I had to do was vacuum up all the crickets lying around. We had twin infants with us and I was afraid they might put the crickets in their mouth. Not to mention I didn't want to walk on them. The bathrooms were nice and large, but we had 6 live crickets in the tub and probably 3 others on the floor.The kitchen stunk and had a lot of water damage. I'm glad I didn't need it for cooking. I think if the 2 doors to the outside were sealed better, there might not be so many bugs. There are huge gaps on the bottom. It's too bad because the size was good. There was also a missing smoke detector in the kid's bunk room. I just don't think I would stay here again unless these things were taken care of.

Summary: Perfect! Visiting from Missouri for a family wedding. We had 6 adults, 7 teenagers and a 10 year old all staying at this location. Kitchen was big enough for breakfast, living room was very spacious, bathrooms were also very spacious. Yard was large enough for the kids to play football and volleyball. Great location in a quiet neighborhood. Host responded quickly to my questions. Highly recommend.
