Summary: This property is located in the basement of the home. It was very affordable and had a separate master bedroom, a full kitchen which was great as we prefer to cook vs ordering out, a nice bathroom and a livingroom with pull out couches. The house was very clean, Allison provided snacks and water bottles which is above and beyond what we've had elsewhere. You can hear the upstairs some, but it wasn't a problem and not excessive in anyway. Location was great as it wasn't in a busy area but close to all destinations. Allison also messaged me a bunch of tourist options or places to visit with my family. Grateful we were able to stay here!

Summary: We enjoyed staying here and would definitely stay here again. The property has most everything you would need for a short or longer stay. Very charming neighborhood with restaurants and stuff to do, not far away.

Summary: We really loved our stay. The place was super clean and Allison was the most sweet and kind host. The neighborhood was safe and easy to walk our dog. We would recommend for sure!

Summary: We were so delighted with our stay. The property was better than advertised! So charming and well appointed. It was wonderful to be able to travel with our dog, and the fenced yard was perfect. We were so close to everything yet a peaceful retreat as well. If we return to this area we will surely stay again - highly recomend.

Summary: The stay better than expected! Very clean, very nice neighborhood to walk and the best is all the little details that made you feel so warm and welcome. Allison graciously provided many little touches that made the difference, like yummy snacks that my girls enjoyed, s’mores and waters, toys and books, etc... The pool, and bonfire was super plus, and the swing in the tree. Very nice memories that a hotel room would have never made possible. We hope to come back some day and would definitely recommend if you are in the area for vacation. We went to the ark encounter which is 1:20 mins away not too bad.
