Positive: We had a wonderful week in Iván's apartment. A family of four, with tall kids, an 11 year old and a 16 year old. Everyone slept great and how nice it was to have two bathrooms! The apartment had everything that we needed and we used the gym, the swimming pool, garden and the basketball court so much. The terrace is huge and we loved hanging out there, playing cards, eating and relaxing. The location is great with the tram only a few hundred meters a way. You can buy the tickets on board the tram and it takes you wherever you want! Iván is a great host. He is always so happy to help, to share information and good advise for you. He is inspired to make your stay the best as possible. Will hopefully come back again and would highly recommend!

Positive: The open terrace overlooking the golf course was delightful to relax in at the end of the day. The pool was accessible for us to use. Most importantly, the beds were very comfy and the two bathrooms met the needs for a family of three. Ivan was also very attentive to our needs throughout our week long visit.
Negative: For visitors without their own vehicle, the transportation hubs / stations as well as supermarkets were around 10 minutes or longer on foot so you just need to plan your time accordingly.

Positive: Very nice place! Beuatifull view from excpellent terrace. We really enjoyed our staying there. The owner - just the best. We did not found hairdrayer - so he just ordered it specially for us! Highly recomended. Nice and silent place. Very close to the beach and public transport. Superior and luxery!
