Summary: Overall our stay was great! The house was an excellent size for the amount of people we had. There was some minor issues but we were in contact with the owner and the property manager about them. With a large group though be conscious of the amount of hot water used when showering. There was 15 of us so shower times had to be staggered so there would be hot water. Not a big lawn but we were out and about most of the time and the decks were great for hanging out as well. Everyone was able to separate and have alone time when needed. 20 minutes from state parks which was really nice!

Summary: This house was perfect for our group of 20 (13 adults and 7 kids). The three levels gave a ton of space for everyone to hang out. The house was close to a lot of winter attractions in the area and worked perfect for a home base for us. The large circular driveway also was perfect for our large group. It definitely shows it’s wear as a rental (blown bulbs all over, cracked doors, bad cabinets) but it was clean and provided us a ton of space. The only negative was that there really is not outdoor space for kids to play since the woods are pretty much surrounding the house, we missed a flat piece of grass to throw a ball or run around. We did not use the hot tub, but it looked clean! Thank you for a great stay!!

Summary: We had a good time as family members reunion, the property manager was quick to response , however the vacation house itself has quite a few areas to work on, the building is quite old: 1) not well clean : spider and web seen at the corner of the wall. 2) the beds are too soft and bed bugs 3) sliding door in the master bedroom bath tub does not stay close... nothing much to do in the area in the summer time.
