A stunning, sunlit 3 bedrooms/4 baths home with an open floor plan, cathedral ceiling and skylights. This beautiful contemporary Cape with over 2,200 sq feet of living space provides plenty of room for large family gathering and entertaining friends! We recently purchased this home and it has been newly updated and furnished with brand new furniture, beds, mattresses, and much more.
This property is centrally located at the beginning of New Seabury, one of Cape Cod's most desired resort communities with many beautiful beaches nearby and just a short boat trip away to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard. Our property is between 1-3 miles away from the beautiful Popponesset Spit beach, the South Cape Beach and State Park and the Town of Mashpee beach.
The house is situated on a quiet, residential neighborhood. We are right across the street from Ann's Cove which is part of the Ockway Bay. We provide 5 bikes for guest to use. Take a quiet morning walk or bike ride around the neighborhood and enjoy the spectacular views of Ockway Bay and scenic views of Summersea Village.
The charming Popponesset Marketplace which is within the resort is also just a little over a mile away. The marketplace is a very popular hang-out for families where you will find restaurants, pizzeria, patisserie, ice cream parlor, bike rentals, gift shops, miniature golf and live entertainments (during the summer months). For those who enjoys shopping, the Mashpee Commons is just 3 miles away. The Common is an area with many upscale stores, restaurants, gift shops, cinema, and grocery stores.

This bright and spacious home has an open floor plan that encompasses the dining and living rooms with cathedral ceiling and skylights, a 2-story fireplace, hardwood floors, and multiple sliding doors opening onto a large deck and patio. An inviting outdoor gathering place for the whole family to relax and enjoy a BBQ after a fun day at the beach.
We have a fully equipped kitchen (Refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove, over the range microwave, coffee maker, dishes, dinnerware, toaster, all cookware and lobster pots).
1st Floor
- the master bedroom with 1 king bed is on the first floor and includes an ensuite
bath, with soaking tub and separate shower. The master bedroom also has slider
door that opens to the deck.
- In addition to an open family room with fireplace, we also have a large den on the 1st
floor with 50” Smart LED TV.
- there is also a half-bath on the 1st floor.
- Central A/C or Heat throughout.
2nd Floor
- there are two more bedrooms and a full bath with tub on the second floor. Each bedroom has a queen bed and twin beds. A great set up for family with young children.
Finished basement/playroom
- the finished basement has two living areas, playroom and a 4th bedroom. The large
playroom has a 50” Smart TV, pool and foosball tables many games. A great hang out
and game room for the whole family!

Summary: We have been vacationing at Mashpee, specifically Popponesset and Seabury for about 15 years to provide the next generation with the experiences as children we had growing up. Kara and Johns home was a new venture for us. From the minute we walked into the door. of their home, we all knew that the home would give us exactly what we wanted as a family on vacation. Room for all of us to be together or find a private place to be alone. Deck amenities to gather as a family for dinners and sit outside until wee hours to reconnect with cousins who still live there. The teenagers huddling together in the game room sitting and talking with each other while playing games, taking breaks to play family games, complete puzzles and relax in the spacious living areas of the home. The local neighbors were very friendly, and welcomed us. The house was amazing, and accomodated my family completely while we made more memories to fill our hearts.. We usually hit the ground running and we did all that and could rest our heads in comfort. Kara and Johns home was a wonderful place and Kara was very resposive with a few questions I had. They provided a booklet for renters to understand the workings of the house, bathrooms on every floor, a laundry area if you needed it. Thank you Kara and John for allowing us the pleasure of vacationing in your lovely cape home. Our family vacation was wonderful!!!

Summary: We enjoyed our stay here! With bedrooms on all three floors, we had plenty of room to spread out. The dryer had issues, but the owner planned to send someone out to fix it. Otherwise, our visit was perfect.

Summary: We enjoyed a week in Nee Seabury. House was very nice - big open space downstairs, well-equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, finished basement with pool and foosball tables. One mile bike ride to nice sandy beach. Nice dinner at Popponesset Inn. Highly recommend

Summary: The property was very neat. It was easy to get to by way of CT, PA & OH. Although the weather could have been much better -- we managed to have a good time. We ran out of propane on Thurs. eve. so we spent more more on dinner for 11 people. We were disappointed with the location of the beach. We are use to parking across from a beach so we have easy access, whether it is private or public. My husband has Parkinson so it was out of the question that he go to any of the beaches. Not sure when we will be back with the whole family. Perhaps it will be when our youngest grandson graduates from high school. Thanks a lot for the use of your home.

Summary: This place was the perfect location for several families to stay together during a wedding at the Popponesset Inn. The proximity to the venue was very convenient and there was ample space for 4 couples to sleep. The house was clean, check-in was easy and Kara was very responsive. The living room and back porch were lovely places for all to gather, and we had everything we needed. We had a great weekend!

Summary: Great place, convenient to everything the Cape has to offer. Excellent walking trails with beach access and access to all New Seabury amenities. We had a wonderful time catching up with friends, getting in a few rounds of golf and exploring Cape Cod. The house was large, comfortable, clean and very well appointed. Highly recommended!

Summary: This property was perfect for our family of 10, everyone had their own space and accommodations were perfect. Sheets and towels included was a lifesaver. Owners were so helpful, we were nervous of hurricane and they got flashlights , so thoughtful. We cannot say enough about the property!
