Positive: Overall, the hotel has great potential, is cozy, well-maintained, and has clean rooms.

Negative: More attention should be paid to service. I warned staff yesterday that we had to leave at 8 a.m. and asked them to prepare lunch boxes with breakfast for us, but the staff forgot about it.

Positive: One of the best resorts I have visited till now. The owner ,manager and the entire staff are very friendly and helpful.Special thanx to Mr Ashwini Singh, Mr Tejpal Singh and Mr Ajay Singh for being the wonderful host.They made our stay more comfortable and enjoyable.The room was well equipped and the service was excellent.From the balcony we could see the mountain view and felt the cool breeze.The view of the sunset was mesmerizing.Gautam did a wonderful job .One more thing I would like to appreciate is the apt location of the resort.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Excellent hospitallity.
