Positive: This place is a dream! True vacation, where you have to worry about nothing. The rooms were stunning the view was amazing. But the people…..are where they exceeded our expectations for our entire stay. Timothy made our stay absolutely amazing with the help of Steban. This trip was for my nieces sweet 16! Timothy made sure we had a cake (she had a very specific request) which he gifted to her and Steban decorated our villa for her birthday. It is a birthday she will remember forever. We did not have to worry about anything, Timothy was available literally 24/7. I will definitely stay here again. You can tell everyone from check in staff to the golf cart drivers absolutely love their job. I thank them for making my famille’s experience an amazing and memorable one.
Negative: I loved everything. I have not one thing that I can say.
Summary: Literally a Dream Vacation! The Hospitality is five stars ⭐️

Positive: Several swimming pools to choose from, a water park with slides and a lazy river. Apartments are clean and nicely appointed.
Negative: I had booked an apartment with garden view and received one with view to the parking lot and the back of other apartments. The feeling of the casitas village was more urban than I had anticipated from the photos during the booking process. The hot tub did in the casitas village did not work and had not been working for some time which I found out when asking around. When I enquired directly about when the repair would be done, I was informed that no repairs would not be done during my week long stay. Before departure, I asked my the point person assigned to me with any questions arising during my stay (called butler, not sure why as there was no butler function) to please send help with my suitcase on departure day. Unfortunately nobody showed up at the requested time to help me up and down the staircases, there was no elevator. Given that I spent close to $900 per day including taxes and resort charges totaling over $6000 my expectations were high and I was very disappointed. This was the most expensive vacation I had ever planned and very much looked forward to. I mentioned the disappointment in regards to the lack of view at the reception and was told that if I wanted a different view in the future I should book directly with the resort and not over a third party. No apologies or offers from reception to cut the charges due to the misleading description of „garden view.“
Summary: Considering the extremely high cost the resort did not meet my expectations. I was disappointed.
