Positive: Great location, it’s just next to the train and bus station. Yet a street apart from main business street to keep the noise down. It has great wooden cabin feel and somewhat antique vibe. Loved the simplicity and local artisan decoration!

Positive: They picked me up from the train station for free. The internet was the fastest I experienced in Mexico - they had a Starlink connection. The breakfast was absolutely excellent. Although I don't speak Spanish they were helpful in communicating through Google Translate. The location is next to a large grocery store. Even leaving was on a positive note: I indicated I was going to walk to the train station, was given a bottle of water for the walk, and was surprised by a free lift after I was 5m down the road. Would definitely recommend. PS: this was the highlight of my Copper Canyon trip. Lots of good hiking. My favorite thing was just exploring, following random foot trails to amazing lookouts.
Negative: The hotel is around a 1km walk into town.
