Summary: We stayed in an ocean front cabana with a plunge pool overlooking the ocean. Breathtaking views and great privacy! The staff are very friendly and helpful. The resort is isolated, so plan to spend your entire time on the property. The Cabanas are very nice. A couple of suggestions to improve. First breakfast is great, but the dinner menu's at both restaurants could be expanded and improved. Also, there are no kettles in the room, so for tea drinkers there is no option but coffee. They could store a couple of kettles for use as requested (minor, I know). Also, there should be a store with snacks and supplies on site, since you can't leave the resort. Overall excellent stay and highly recommend!

Summary: Breakfast was the best we’ve had in cartagena hotels. The rooms were clean, the room service was great, golf carta and bicycles were provided for ease of transportation across the vast property

Summary: The room was fantastic; it was spacious, had an excellent view of the mangroves, trees, and water, was clean, had an excellent design, wonderful deck, and more; the food was excellent; the staff were very friendly and attentive; many even memorized our room number.

Summary: The treetop bungalows were unique and a special lodging experience. We had tree monkeys visit us for 2 of our 3 days on our deck. The room was clean with nice amenities like a fresh water ice machine & air conditioning. Gratis bikes were a great way to get around the property - and the private island was a nice feature with complementary boat rides running every 15 minutes.
