Summary: I had a nice stay in the apartment. It was clean and tidy and quite well equiped - even ground coffee, a bag of chips, paper towels, dish soap etc. Owen, the host, was super responsive and supportive. The Las Olas Blvd is in 6 min walking distance with a huge variety of restaurants, bars and shops. Overall a great location.

Summary: Minutes from Las Olas Blvd by foot it was exactly what we needed. We had a dinner in the neighborhood and didnt want to wake the baby to put her back in the car. This was absolutely perfect.

Summary: We stayed 2 nights in Suite 1 (Ground Floor self contained 2 bed apartment) prior to a cruise. The property was well maintained and spotlessly clean. Storage was plentiful with walk-in wardrobes to both bedrooms. Beds were comfortable. The provision of coffee and tea was very much appreciated. The location is fabulous, literally 5 mins walk from Las Olas Boulevard and all the shops and restaurants/bars that has to offer. Riverwalk is a 20-30 minute walk away. We would happily recommend this property to others.
