Summary: Had problems with mini blinds broken or missing from second bedroom. That leads out to the back yard. The kitchen door needs a blind to separate the cleaning storage for privacy. Overall a good location and i enjoyed.

Summary: We had a great experience, everything was clean and exactly as advertised. We walked to every place we went including downtown. We had everything we needed and didn’t even rent a car. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: We had 4 siblings in our 60s, for a birthday and concert. 1. Filthy sheet stains. 2. Mold odor hits you. 3. Only 3 forks. Minimal items in kitchen. No ability to use oven, no trays, rosters, etc. we arrived with groceries we couldn't use. 4. Returned to house shortly after midnight and the door lock changed.Had to run back to car in downpour and call VRBO customer service (they resolved issue) 5. Either no window coverings in bedroom facing - close two story building. Elsewhere broken blinds. This management firm clearly hasn't completed any inventory in more than a year. Summary: Couldn't be happier with this property - it's a historic bungalow located within walking distance of Las Olas Boulevard and a short drive to the beach. Host was very responsive and quickly solved a minor problem with the AC. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place with character in Fort Lauderdale.

Summary: His house was clean and nice perfect location. He is a perfect host and I hope to be able to stay here again. We actually tried to extend our date and he was very informative of the reasonings and we appreciate your kindness.

Summary: The property is clean and Owen was responsive but we arrived very late on a Friday night on an International Flight so we were not able to call ahead. When we pulled into the property the door in front of the parking spot was lit and had a lockbox on it and we thought this was the entry door. As it turned out the entry door was on the dark side of the front of the house and we did not even check since it was not lit. The back door also had a box and the code did not work their either. We sent a very late Friday night text to Owen for help and did not get a response until the next morning - we really understand that but.... as a consequence of the door confusion we ended up in a hotel the first night and the additional expense and agravation of doing that. THERE SHOULD BE A LIGHT AT THE OTHER DOOR, THE BLUE DOOR, FOR LATE ARRIVALS.
