OUTDOOR SPACE:
- Large, private, heated swimming pool and outdoor patio with loungers.
-The patio has a stainless steel BBQ grill that uses propane and an outdoor dining area
(Propane tanks are available upon request for a $40 charge)

- 2 Formal dining rooms seats up to 8 and 10

2- KITCHENS: Fully stocked kitchens Coffee machine, tea kettle, toaster, blender, Ice maker, cookware, glassware, dishwasher, refrigerator with filtered water dispenser, freezer, and microwave.
BEDROOMS: (7) 2 Bedrooms downstairs and 4 bedrooms upstairs.
The Private Oasis sleeps 15 guests in comfortable beds. The 7, large bedrooms all have Smart TV's.
- Pac and Plays and high chairs on site.
- Premium Air mattress available.
BATHROOMS: (5) 2 Bathrooms downstairs and 3 bathrooms upstairs.
All bathrooms are provided with a starter set of toiletries (TP, soap) and plush towels. Hairdryers are also available.
INTERNET: Highspeed and wireless throughout.
GUEST ACCESS:
- The personalized self check-in instructions will be sent three days prior to arrival.
CLEANING:
- All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
- Dishwasher pods are provided
- Washer and dryer with a starter set of laundry pods provided.
LOGISTICS:
- Check-in: 4:00 PM.
- Check-out: 11:00 AM.
- An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing.
TV's: All nine (9) of our TV's are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.
MAINTENANCE SCHEDULE:
- Weekly Landscaping service usually on Wednesdays or Thursdays in the morning.
- Weekly Pool cleaning service usually on Mondays and Thursdays in the morning.
POOL: Towels included. Pool is heated for a $15 per day service fee between November and April. Please note there is no lifeguard on duty and we ask that all guests enjoy the pool responsibly. The property owner is not liable for any pool-related accidents, drowning, or bodily harm/personal injuries. No diving is permitted. No glass is permitted in or near the pool, the kitchen is supplied with plastic cups.
GARBAGE: The city of Fort Lauderdale removes garbage every Wednesday and Saturday morning. We provide three garbage bins on the side of the house. We ask that you please put out any used garbage bins in the front of the driveway Tuesday night and Friday night prior to collection. If you could please bring the bins back by the side of the house we would appreciate it.
PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties, receptions or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. This is our most important rule that can result in the termination of your reservation along with additional fees. If you have any questions regarding entertaining on the property please contact us.
PARKING: The driveway is located in front of the property and accommodates four (4) cars.
PETS: Small pets are permitted upon request, please note, there is a $120 pet sanitation fee per pet for the duration of your stay.
PERSONAL BELONGINGS: ValGal isn’t responsible for any package delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

Summary: Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We rented both 405 and 407 and it easily accommodated our entire group of 14. Plenty of communal space, clean, great pool, and accessible to the waterway so we could get picked up/dropped off from our boat rentals. Check in and check out was super easy. We would gladly be back here.

Summary: We really liked the location because it was halfway to the beach and halfway into town. Our group likes to walk and so this was a great location for that. We still used circuit a lot just for the nighttime.

Summary: Great property and location. It was perfect for our staff for FLIBS. It was a 5 minute car ride from Las Olas down to the beach. There were two different sections of the house which was nice to have the sperate quarters. Lots of bathrooms and It was super clean. The game room was awesome and just a super fun house to stay at especially after a long day of working. Valerie was a great host . Thank you and will try and rent it for the show next year.

Summary: The owner of the house showed up unexpectedly to introduce himself , he was cool. However the management company isnt the greatest, the wifi was out and they had a handyman call me to help reset it but, he didn't even know where the router was located I had to search for it. The pictures of this property look great online but its a bit different in person. There are two boats behind the property in which people just randomly walk on both sides of the house to access the boats, which then compromises the privacy of your family because they can see in the back sliding door / windows. No one told us these individuals would be showing up my sister and her kids were alarmed and startled initially. The pool is cool but again people are watching you from the boats so its not really private, I would say for the price we paid we should of had complete privacy and more toilet paper.
