Positive: The view was good. Breakfast was nice. 5-8 min from the airport.
Negative: Unfortunately, at night, when we tried to sleep, there was someone watching videos out loud on the ground floor. We're on the second floor, and we could hear him as if he were next door. Later that same night, two people were talking to each other, and we could hear as if they were next door. The windows don't protect from the noise at all. Same for the shutters in the room, wouldn't fully protect from the light

Positive: Very nice big and well equipped apartment with balcony. Big comfy bed, nice staff. Grocery shop in the same building. Beautiful patio.
Negative: Make sure you get the room you paid for. No restaurant around, you need to take taxi (3-4€ and just 5 min drive). There is a beach but you cannot swimm :(

Negative: Although the walls have been repainted and there have probably been some refreshment works, the bathroom really needs a major update. The toilet seat was absolutely horrible, stained. It looked like there had been mold that had been cleaned. The apartment was not very, very, very clean, and the wardrobe drawers were poorly designed – they couldn't be opened properly. It's a shame because part of it feels a bit outdated, while another part has been refreshed, creating a rather strange effect.

Positive: My favorite thing about the hotel is its freshness as its is by the sea. Wide choice for breakfasts and soo delicious An appartement kind of room, so really spacious But the best of all is the staff there, omg them people are just amazing 😍 they’re super super nice and polite, understanding and always willing to help ! We’ve Got different kind of services during that long trip (15days in 🇨🇻) believe me when I tell you that Helder (one of the receptionist) is a Good one, big shoutout to him and his colleagues🙏🏽
Negative: The room decoration is kinda basic for the hotel’s standard but the facilities needed are all there.. The surrounding area is empty as the hotel isn’t located in the downtown and it takes time to get taxi sometimes.. as tourist we were excepting to be able to visit the area anytime we want .
Summary: For those whose travel objective is to rest in an idyllic and quiet setting. Las Rochas is for you, you will not regret

Positive: Breakfast buffet tables were great (if prepared), partly local and partly continental. We had the kitchen at the apartment and we’re able to make a lunch or dinner by ourselves. It’s great there is a grocery shop s a part of the hotel. I guess the pool area is also fine when you’re in season, but we’re there in January, it was a lot windy and water in pool was cold.
Negative: Sadly the lunch nor dinner wasn’t available in January, the hotel restaurant served only breakfasts. Access to the background sand beach (artificially created) was sometimes locked but I didn’t find the system when it happens. Stuff speaks so so English, on the checkout, there were a guy on the reception that didn’t speak English at all and looked quite confused.
Summary: We wasn’t disappointed but neither excited.

Positive: We had only one short night at Las Rochas. The view of the sea was beautiful! The apartment was clean and the bed was comfortable. The guy at reception was nice and helpful. We enjoyed the pool.
Negative: They could really use air-conditioning in the future! Also, while it was nice there was a minimarket downstairs, it was hard to scrape together a proper breakfast there.
