Summary: We traveled to Vegas to attend our brother's wedding. Our flight time had been changed days before our trip and we arrived in Vegas several hours prior to check in (3pm). Vivian was VERY accommodating and allowed us to drop our luggage off at the house AND allowed us to check in immediately following the completion of housekeeping (11AM). Highly recommend- just minutes from the strip!

Summary: Overall, good place. Clean, spacious. But let’s clear up a few things not in the listing that are misleading. There is not a hot tub that you are allowed to use the way you might think. The hottub connects to the pool, which would be kinda nice. But, the only way you can use it as a hottub is to text the owner who will (maybe, depending on the time/her responsiveness ) turn it on for you from her phone—no other option. Takes hours to heat up; you have no control over the jets whatsoever. She will reach out to you outside the app and requires you to Venmo her $25 per 2hrs of hottub time. Can’t use hottub too late at night apparently because the jets might disturb the neighbors (unlikely given stone walls). Seems disingenuous to feature a hottub and then nickel and dime this way. Also, there are 3 visible cameras in the backyard; 2 aimed at pool/hottub and 1 that is aimed at entire back patio. So, don’t expect privacy in the pool or hottub. Overall, still pretty great place but that aspect grinded my gears.

Summary: The house was located in a very nice and quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and spacious. The master bedroom had a view of some of the strip with a nice balcony. The master bathroom could use some updating, but the other 2 bathrooms were more modern. Two of the four bedrooms were very large and nicely decorated. The other two were sparse but still clean and nice. The kitchen was big but we would've liked a working stove and more pots and pans to cook more at the house. The rest of the house--living room, dining room, and pool table room--were enjoyed by all and set up well. The best part of the house was the covered patio and pool. Even though we had to clean the pool every day, it was worth it! We didn't run the hot tub because the temperature outside was too warm, and we didn't need to heat the pool. It was plenty warm, and the design of the pool was lovely along with the landscaping around the pool and the backyard. We spent a lot of time in the pool area and on the patio before hitting the strip at night. Great location, and our host checked in to make sure we were all set. I would recommend staying here.

Summary: Most everything was good with the house. pretty clean but definitely a rental house that shows some wear The bed in the master is really noisy/squeeks every time you move .master shower head is too low. Very close to the strip in a nice clean neighborhood. Well equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Pool is nice with plenty of lawn chairs. It has a cool 1/2 Basketball court. A/c works well with lots of ceiling fans. The kitchen is nice with all the appliances and supplies you need. Over all this is a good house for a great price. I will definitely come back to rent again.

Summary: Very nice property overall with comfortable bedrooms, large kitchen, and nice family room, and very good access to the strip. Minor issues included no closet space in master bdrm, no tp holder in upstairs bathroom, jacuzzi took over an hour to heat up and was not real hot.

Summary: The host were easy to work with. Nice large kitchen and outdoor grill. Beds were comfortable. Some light bulbs need changed. Living room furniture not so comfortable. Also the master shower is not the best. Make sure you understand the restrictions on the pool and hot tub heating.

Summary: This house is very nice, spacious, mostly updated and clean. There was ample sleeping space for all 8 of us so we were all comfortable. 2 of the bedrooms were big while the other 2 a bit smaller. The master bath is beautifully redone. The only issues we had was there wasn't many extra blankets. We didn't have enough towels, but the host, Vivian had extra towels dropped off by the time we made it back from our first outing. It was too cold for the pool but we did pay extra for the hot tub. The only problem with that is I had to contact Vivian a couple hours before we wanted to use it so it had time to warm up and had to contact her again when we were done. She was mostly responsive pretty quickly on that, but it would have been easier if we could turn the hot tub on ourselves when we knew we wanted to use it. That was certainly a minor issue though.
