Positive: Beautiful hotel with amazing mountain views. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the food was excellent. We especially enjoyed the breakfast every morning — fresh, tasty, and with plenty of options. Everything was clean, comfortable, and felt very cozy. We really enjoyed our stay and would happily come back.

Positive: Stayed at Lasiim Hotel for a few days during our trip to Mestia and honestly had a great experience. The location is beautiful, with amazing mountain views right from the hotel. Waking up every morning and seeing the Svaneti mountains was probably one of the highlights of the trip. The staff were all very kind and helpful. Everyone greeted us warmly and was always ready to help with anything we needed. It felt more like staying with people who genuinely care about their guests rather than just another hotel. The food was also very good. We especially enjoyed the local dishes and the breakfast each morning. Everything tasted fresh and homemade. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and has a really cozy atmosphere. After spending the day exploring Mestia, it was nice to come back and relax in such a peaceful place. Would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Svaneti.

Positive: Great place to stay! The hotel is new, and all the facilities are in excellent condition. The room was clean, cozy, and perfectly sized, with incredibly comfortable beds. The view from the balcony was spectacular, offering magnificent views of the mountains. We especially enjoyed having the entire ground floor available as a comfortable lounge area. Breakfast was excellent, with a great variety of delicious food. What made our stay truly special was the staff. Everyone was welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. The manager was exceptionally helpful and friendly, and our host took great care of us, providing valuable information about the surrounding area and local attractions. The rooms are incredibly cozy and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing stay. The beds were exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a perfect night's sleep after a long day of exploring. Another major highlight was the breakfast—absolutely delicious, fresh, and filled with variety to start the day right. What truly sets this place apart, however, is the hospitality. The hosts are remarkably warm, welcoming, and genuinely care about their guests experience. They went above and beyond to make us feel at home. The location is also perfect—peaceful yet convenient.
