On this floor it is also the fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, induction hobs, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine and all kinds of small appliances) and a large pantry.
There is also a bedroom with double bed and a bathroom with shower on the same floor.
On the first floor there are 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms as follows:
