Positive: Great location if you've got a car, just minutes from the port and the centre of Hyannis. The owner had thought of everything: we had shampoo, conditioner, body wash, plenty of clean towels etc. In the kitchen there was fresh fruit, English muffins, a muffin, fresh milk, orange juice, tea, coffee etc. They also supplied a kettle (a rare treat in the US), toaster, microwave and plenty of consumables (freezer bags, tin foil etc). In the main living area, we even had beach bags, beach towels, umbrellas etc. We had cable TV and all the sports channels (which was great for us as we were there for the World Cup)I was really impressed with how they've made such an effort to make sure you have everything you need. Outside the 'appartement' is a small balcony which was lovely and peaceful for breakfast. You have sea views and plenty of birds, rabbits and chipmunks to watch. The place was spotlessly clean and the bed was big and comfy. Cannot rate highly enough, was sad to leave.
Negative: Nothing, one of the nicest places I've stayed.

Positive: We loved this little place - stunning location and a great spot to explore Cape Cod. We would strongly recommend having a car to travel around.
Negative: The only thing that could have been better was the internet, but we weren’t on a business trip so it wasn’t really a big issue for us!

Positive: The hosts, Bill and Tami, are so personable and friendly. The queen suite is just lovely! Tami has thought of everything to make your stay more comfortable - lovely shampoos, conditioner, body wash, and a basket that includes everything you may have forgotten to bring - and this is only the bathroom! The room itself spacious and beautifully decorated, with a great A/C unit for warmer days, and ceiling fan. The water view from the balcony looks like a postcard picture!! Tami is a professional level gardener, and her flowers (she put fresh flowers in the main room!) and plants are gorgeous! Bed is super comfy with plenty of pillows and blankets. Kitchen was stocked with breakfast foods, coffee, teas, juices and fruit! Can’t say enough about the lovely hosts and their attention to every detail to make sure your stay is memorable..
Negative: Not one thing!

Positive: This property came with all the extras necessary to make our first 3 days on Cape Cod perfect. It was centrally situated to access all the things that interested us. Very quiet, as well as lovely gardens.
Negative: There was nothing to dislike.
