Large groups will have plenty of space to spread out between the five spacious bedrooms. The master bedroom is on the 2nd level of the house and features a king-sized bed, a large walk-in closet, and ensuite bathroom, complete with dual sinks, a walk-in shower, soaking tub, and essential toiletries.
There are two other bedrooms also on the 2nd level of the house. One is outfitted with a queen bed and large closet, the other has two full beds with large closet. These 2 bedrooms share a full bathroom with double vanity, shower & tub in the hallway.

Summary: As vacation property owners ourselves, fair and balanced reviews are important for future guests and hosts. The description "lavish escape" connotates a 5 star accomodation which this is not. A 3.5 rating would be fair. On the plus side, the location was great for our needs, and the hosts were responsive to issues we had. The furnishings, kitchen supplies, and linens are in need of upgrading. Most of the stuff in the house is of lower quality. The kitchen chairs need to. be replaced. The yard could be spruced up and get rid of the broken down sandbox in the back. The mattress covers are plastic and crinkle when you move in bed. We attempted to cook dinner but there were no serving bowels for salad or pasta, nor wine glasses. I sent an email to the hosts and the had some shipped the next day after our dinner. We purchased some kitchen items as well. The upstairs thermostat wasn't working and the smoke alarm needed new batteries which were taken care of quickly by the property manager. The hosts are out of state, and are quite responsive, but the could use a local property manager that really pays attention to details and regularly inspects the property.

Summary: We had an excellent stay at this home. There was so much for the kids to do and stay just and it wasn’t right in town but close enough to get groceries. I will say it’s not stocked too well with kitchen items like good pots and pans and large skillets. For the size of the home and number of guests that can stay it should have a lot of big size pots and pans and cooking utensils. But who knows maybe they did in the beginning and lame people steal them. But the owners were great about getting back with us and rectifying anything we needed. MOST IMPORTANTLY the beds were VERY comfortable and the house was very clean!!

Summary: The house is very large and beautiful. The back yard, where we spent most of our time was like a tropical paradise. We enjoyed playing basketball and foosball in the indoor game room. We all felt right at home. It is a beautiful area. It is a bit far out if you have alot of things planned each day, but we got everywhere in about 30 minutes. The host was very responsive to my questions.

Summary: We all had a wonderful time. Very remote and that was good. A few restaurants closer may have been OK but the overall weekend was good.

Summary: We had a great stay at Josh and Zaida’s property. The house was clean and large enough for our multi generational family vacation. The hosts were very quick to respond to any questions we had. It has a beautiful yard and plenty of activities at the house as well as nearby hiking/ biking trails. The location is great for a short drive to downtown Phoenix and other area attractions. Many thanks from all of us to Josh and Zaida for providing a great home base for our Arizona vacation!
