Come enjoy some thing a little extra at Lavish Lilac by the Ocean. This six bedroom five bathroom luxury home that sleeps 20 is the exact spot you need for your next vacation.
Located in the Noisy Waves neighborhood, this property has a beautiful pool and spa and you cannot go wrong. Add to that the amazing views from both decks.
The first level has a roomy family/kitchen and gathering area that has ample seating for everyone to enjoy a meal and a visit with plenty of room to spare. The main king master is on the first level with a beautiful en-suite bathroom. There is also a half bath just off the living room.
Up the beautiful stairway, you will find 5 more bedrooms. A small cozy twin bunk room, a king master en-suite, a bunk room with 2 queen/queen bunks en-suite, a double queen en-suite and another king ensuite.
You can relax and sit on the expansive deck, or have morning coffee on the small deck outside the upstairs king master as you enjoy the beautiful view.
The pool area is great for enjoying and entertaining everyone and cooking on the charcoal grill.

Events allowed with prior approval, max guests 30, with a nonrefundable event fee of $600, please contact management for additional information.

Summary: Large family with 16 ppl. Close to beach, very clean, well stocked kitchen pots/pans/utensils, nice layout for families, pool on ground level is covered with plenty of seating, porch on main floor with plenty of seating. Dining table and bar seating was equal to bedroom capacity which is unusual for large families. Owner very responsive to questions or concerns during our stay. WiFi on island is spotty— it is not a problem with the house. TVs in shared spaces were large. We managed to fit 6 suv’s in house driveway area. Short walk to beach! FYI the fan remotes sometimes switch the fans/lights on or off in different rooms but not a big deal, just use the light switches instead (all on same frequencies?) We had a great time and would stay here again!
