Positive: It was close to the center of Odense good bakery just around the corner. No parking at all if you have a car its 15 minute walk to some. Close to Hans Cristians Anderson house.
Negative: Well to start ,we had booked a newer place in Odense second floor .Upon arrival we had walked 15 minutes with our luggage from the train to our expected rental apt, and when I called to get the in we were told that there was a mixup and we have to go to another location which is this one. We had paid for a better accomodations and got put here ,another 15 minute walk and when we arrived this is very old, bottom floor that has a garbage truck every morning at 5AM right out side our window and there was 5 of us and we had 1 roll of toilet paper so we had to go buy some. Also the shower , the water runs away from the drain all over the floor. We used the dryer and it was so slow it was rediculus so I pulled out the Lint trap and it must have been 3-4 cm thick plugged solid. There was alot of left over food in the fridge from others , he said that this is an upgrade and certainly was NOT what we paid for. The pictures look way better than in person! We had originally booked Kongensgade 67B, 5000 Odense, Denmark

Negative: I was accommodated in a different place than ordered, refusal to issue an invoice. Poor lighting of the apartment.

Positive: This review is for the host property at Jarlsbergade. There’s elevator, 7 minutes walk to tram stop. The fridge is big but filled with many of host food products. Supermarket is very close by.
Negative: Host swapped place from what I had originally booked for due to some miscommunication on my arrival time. The place at Jarlsbergade is new but there’s ongoing construction in the development. There’s only a dining table, no TV no sofa in the living room. The place is extremely hot in the afternoon and there’s no fan or air conditioning. Bed js extremely small. There’s no electric kettle, no microwave, no bowls, no hangars, no ceiling light in the rooms and living room, no dishwashing liquid but there’s dishwasher. If you cook, take note that there only 1 very small pot and 1 frying pan. Frying Pan is also not the non stick kind, cannot fry eggs properly as everything sticks to the pan. First time I have to also make my own bedsheets at an apartment. Need to walk down a slope to collect keys in the basement which was troublesome as we had heavy luggages. So we brought down our luggages and back up again.
Summary: Overall would have been better if kitchen is better equipped and place done up properly with proper furniture and beddin
