Positive: Visiting the David Hockney exhibition, we booked this charming small hotel because it was close by. This was an excellent decision - the hotel surpassed our expectations. A lovely modern, air-conditioned room and en-suite with overlooking the gorgeous garden, we were extremely comfortable. Staff were very helpful, breakfast was simple but delicious. A quiet and peaceful Parisian hotel, easily accessible from Gare du Nord.
Negative: It was a rather long walk from the nearest Metro station and not that much to see locally (apart from the Louis Vuitton Foundation) but only a quick taxi ride to central attractions.

Positive: Quiet location but close to Metro, RER and bus stops. Neuilly is an upscale residential neighbourhood with many excellent local shops, restaurants and cafes. Close to Bois de Boulogne attractions. An elegant building, nicely appointed. Beautiful shady inner courtyard garden for meals and drinks. Comfortable lounge, also used for breakfast. Good food in the restaurant. Excellent air conditioning which we tested in a heatwave. Cheerful staff
Negative: Room (114) was small, like most Paris hotels. Breakfast is expensive at €20 pp. Drinks also expensive, €18 for a cocktail.
Summary: A comfortable stay in a very pleasant location

Positive: Clean room and nice garden
Negative: Staff was not very friendly, reception is not professional desk. Airco was broken in the room, and there is too much (sun)light in the room in the morning, because the curtens do not close well enough. Didnt had much sleep because of that and the airconditioning.

Positive: Beautiful hotel in quiet location The room was on the small side but a lovely view over the garden All you needed provided and a mini fridge! Breakfast was exceptional
Negative: Coffee machine in my room didn’t work, and the hairdryer also stopped working but when I reported this the male member of staff on reception seemed not to be bothered or even make a note of this A shame as we had such charming service from a new member of staff on several occasions
