Summary: Lovely stay on the river in Luang Prabang. A little far from the center of town but that is a good and bad thing. There's a shuttle and you really feel a sense of space and comfort.

Summary: I was here for 3 nights and then returned another night after visiting Vang Vieng so I was in two different type rooms and they were both excellent.The second was on the second floor and have a nice balcony. But both rooms were very nice and felt luxurious. The location along the river is very nice and quiet since it is not right in the center of town. But it is also convenient enough to walk to the center of town and enjoy the markets and restaurants. The pool and spa were excellent and quiet. We arrived at the end of the rainy season so I don't think their evening dining options were fully functional yet. Breakfast was good but we enjoyed dinner each evening at one of the lovely and unique restaurants in the inner city. I can easily recommend this hotel.

Summary: It's a nice hotel in a convenient location. The only thing I didn't like was that they weren't operating their restaurant at night, so I was forced to go to the pool bar to order from the limited menu, or go off site.

Summary: All of the staff were incredibly nice and accommodating. They even called to make sure I wouldn’t miss breakfast as I had already payed for it. The pool was beautiful and the rooms were clean and comfy!

Summary: This hotel was relatively nice for the price. However, there was basically no free Wi-Fi service as advertised. It only worked in the lobby area. There was zero Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms. And even the Wi-Fi that was available, the lobby was severely slow, especially if you’re used to Fast Internet speeds. Also, the booking showed a check in time of 12 o’clock. But when we arrive at 12 o’clock, the staff tried to tell us that the room would not be available until 2 o’clock. After some explanation into false advertising, the rooms were somehow Made more rapidly available. I would recommend the hotel, as I said, there is really no Wi-Fi to speak of. Enjoy though if you go and stay there.

Summary: Outstanding property, customer service and breakfast buffet. It is about a 20-minute walk into town. The only minor inconvenience was many tuk tuk is unable to cross the bridge so you just have to walk across to catch a cab or tour bus.
