Positive: The staff were fantastic. Always contactable with any questions or if something wasn’t working, especially the cleaner Mrs Tamy. She kept the place very clean and did a thorough job, on hand every day whether we wanted a full clean or just the bins emptying. The villa was beautiful, beds were very comfortable and the pool was bigger than it looked in the pictures.
Negative: The main bedroom upstairs doesn’t have any storage space for clothes so we had to lay everything out on the floor or round the edge of the bath and keep some things in the cases, which wasn’t ideal when we there for a week. A wardrobe and some shelves would have made a massive difference. Most things we needed were there, but a few small things would have made the place absolutely perfect e.g. a BBQ, some more preparation knives and bigger chopping board.
Summary: Amazing villa! Would definitely recommend

Positive: The style of the house is very charming! We loved that almost all rooms had their own bathroom and all rooms had aircon. The storage for the clothes was also very helpful. The owner of the property is just so nice and always helped with everything we needed! He even brought us a mirror because we were a wedding party and we needed it for getting ready. the rooms are very spacious and the location was also really good, right next to small eateries and close to the bakery.
Negative: The upper floor master bedroom had a broken air conditioner and the room got very hot during the night. The bed was also very soft, but only in that one room, the rest were very good beds. The lower villa is quite dark as it is shaded from the sun.

Positive: Manager Fanis, was courteous and helpful. Housekeeper Tami, who spoke little English but was very attentive and prompt. The place was spacious, clean and tidy with good furniture, beds and indoor/outdoor areas. We were allowed to checkout late.. There was complimentary Orange Juice and cakes.
Negative: The listing said "hot tub" which turned out to be just a bath. The outdoor pool was not heated, which may be ok in hotter months but not usable in the beginning of April. We could not use the video game console ( a PS2 not PS3) as cables were missing and there were no games. The listing also mentions "Wine and Champagne" but this was not complementary.
