Positive: This resort is excellent value for money. It is clean, staff is friendly. The breakfast is great with varierty of sweet and salty options. Pool and garden are really lovely. There is shuttle service and snack bar
Negative: Nothing just suggestion that the dinner should have more variety and maybe have swedish table. Also it would be nice to have an iron up on request

Negative: Limited breakfast buffet variety. Very small indoor pool. Miniclub facilities not quite as advertised. Very limited for older kids since the table soccer and ping pong were broken.

Positive: The wife and the children love the pool. the people were very nice. The breakfast was really lovely. Very good place to stay with family.
Negative: I didn't mind the shower, but it was small for a 6ft tall bloke

Positive: I enjoyed the internal swimming pool which was pretty warm and comfortable. We loved the willingness of the people from the hotel and also used many times the free shuttle to the centre or beach.
Negative: We stayed for 6 days. The bearkfast was the same every day. We'd appreciate changing the offer each 2 - 3 days. We'd like to have more yoghurt and milk + céréos to it. There was also a lot of non-functional things in the suite we stayed in. Air condition (2 days), wifi was VERY slow and unstable, etc. Those were not the things that would be an obstacle for our next visit but when we're on the holidays, we liked to have the feeling of being cared about, not dealing with non-functional things :-)
Summary: A great hotel on a lovely place, close to the beach and with its own 2 swimming pools.

Positive: Comfortable parking aree, although nothing to indicate where it is when you arrive
Negative: Average hotel, definitely not a spa facility. I always judge an hotel when I travel, by their attention to details. They have fridges in the rooms with nothing in it, not even a bottle of water. They charge for water, not even a complimentary bottle of water. Rooms are small, and the tiny shower with the curtain is defiantly of a low standard. No shampoo or any other type of complimentary set in the bathroom or the room. I never perceived a friendly atmosphere, to the contrary, the staff was very edgy at all times One of those places that the word hospitality is far from what they do or offer

Positive: We loved the pool and the spa. The hotel is located by a handful of beautiful beaches and shops. Staff was friendly and pretty helpful. They had some great activities for the kids, too, and I'm glad we had our kids learn a little Italian as most (all?) the other kids were Italian :) They had fun.
Negative: Our room was a bit small for four people; they put us in a Floor 0 room right next to the lobby. This was also the area where groups of people would be up late yelling at the football match on television. Also, the older guy running the breakfast was NOT friendly.
Summary: Great place to stay if you have small children with you.

Negative: I would have expected there to be a shallow children´s pool.
